I typically only take probiotics that have 40 billion+ CFU, but after reading the label and product information these looked extremely interesting, so I got them. I can't even explain how good I feel and how much extra energy I have. WOW!! I LOVE that they tell you exactly which strains and how much of each is in the product. I don't ever remember seeing a label that does that. All of the other ones just say proprietary blend, but you have no clue how much of each strain is included. These are high quality probiotics that actually work. This is now my go to brand, especially since you get a 2 month supply for the same price as one month of the inferior brands.

There are different 15 strains of bacteria and at least some variety is good because it's more likely to be effective than a probiotic with only one or two bacteria strains.The only potential issue with this Life-Space Probiotic is the cost--at $37.99 for a 30-day supply, this is on the pricier side although you can easily get probiotics off-the-shelf at the drug store for roughly the same price.For many people (doctors generally believe most people) probiotics are little more than a placebo because healthy people usually have enough bacteria in their gut naturally to properly digest food. I actually do need to take a probiotic daily but I've always found that cheaper drug store brand probiotics work as well for me as the more expensive probiotics with gaudy numbers on their labels. When you add in the fact that the drug store chain I frequent pretty much has supplements on sale 365 days a year I can get a probiotic that works just as well for me for about half the price of this Life-Space product.I'm on a tight budget and everyone doesn't need to pinch their pennies so if price isn't a major factor Life-Space Double Strength Probiotic is an excellent product. The use of a CFU number rather than total bacterial count is good, the fact that this contains a variety of bacteria strains is also good (you want a probiotic that includes at least 3-4 different strains of bacteria unless your doctor has prescribed or suggested something specific), and the glass bottle used here is far preferable to plastic unless you're prone to dropping your supplement or prescription bottles. I need to keep my spending down but if I could afford to buy this every month I probably would.

I’ve been having some trouble with my gut for a little while now. I’ve be bloated and not going to the restroom regularly. I decided to try these not knowing if I would even notice a difference but I did and it helped pretty quick to. I’ve been taking them for a couple of days and I’m feeling a lot better my bloating has gotten better and the bathroom trips are better as well I’m impressed and will be using these again.These have a good variety of strains and good potency too. There also are easy to swallow and they come packaged very will plus there in a glass bottle which is definitely a plusOverall excellent potency and they help a lot with your gut.I would recommend these

Although the labeling is rather confusing and my bottle was over labeled, I'll assume with an updated label. This is a good blend of probiotic strains and what I was looking for to get for my daughter to take during and after her long round of antibiotics. She was on Amoxicillin/Clavulanic acid, which always gives her a bad case of watery stools - but not this time! I've never given her probiotics while taking antibiotics as I was told it was pointless (antibiotics kills the good guys and the bad guys) so I've always waiting until the antibiotic course was completed. Typically on the 3rd day my daughter needs Imodium to help correct the loose stools, and needs about 3 rounds to get that sorted out. She didn't need any Imodium this round at all. So I'm sold on this product and taking probiotics while also taking antibiotics, just space them out. And she only took one per day (not one after each antibiotic dose). And she'll take this probiotic till the bottle is empty. Then I'll order more and use as needed.

I didn’t believe the effect too much until I recently went on a 3 weeks trip to Oregon. Oh boy, I ate lots of dairy and fish and chips, etc things that I shouldn’t eat every day. But, I was still able to go to the bathroom every morning. Thanks to this probiotic. Now I am hooked on this supplement. My husband experienced the same thing as well. So far my husband and I've tried 3-4 different products from this company. I am confident to say this company makes great prebiotics that actually works for us. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a daily boost for your stomach, and gut health!

They come in a glass container (another significant plus in my book) that has a very well sealed top, plus the whole bottle is wrapped in bubble pack by the manufacturer. The bottle I received in May 2021 has an expiration date of Dec 2022. Performance has been very good with no side effects (such as gas or bloating) of note. The cost is a bit higher than other probiotics but, when factoring in the potency per capsule, the strain diversity, and the packaging care, I don't consider the price to be out of range considering this is a two month supply. I'm very pleased with these, and consider them to be a 5 star probiotic.

I am 54 year old male who takes a number of prescribed medications on a regular basis. Aside from that, I don't always have a well balanced or ideal diet. I take vitamins and supplements that I may benefit the most from. I like this product. It contains double the amount of all the different probiotic supplements I've tried before. Moreover, each capsule contains 15 strains of probiotics, including those that not always found in many popular brands. I didn't experience any adverse effects while taking this product. Compared to other probiotics I tried in the past, this is more pricey but this is a far more superior formula.

I take probiotics for several reasons, including dairy intolerance. I've used many brands, including Primadophilus and Healthy Trinity, both of which I like. Occasionally a brand will cause me a lot of discomfort and/or greatly impact my digestive system. These seem rather typical, helping with dairy and having a mild positive impact on my digestion. It's hard to know the actual strength, but they do seem stronger than Primadophilus which has 5 million CFU per capsule. Seem to be having a positive impact on my digestive system all the way through. Claimed strength is stronger than Healthy Trinity (which has 30 million CFU), with a wider variety of organisms and twice the CFU at about half the cost.
