These probiotics help my tummy issues. They keep me regular and prevent gas. I also haven't had any yeast infections since using them, but that could be unrelated as it's not usually an issue for me. They are easy to swallow. 1 pill per serving, so a bottle has a full 2 month supply. There's a good variety of probiotic strains in these. No refrigeration needed. The bottle says to use within 3 months of opening and to keep under 86 degrees.

Strongly recommend this product for long-time office working lady! I always sit in office for more than 6 hours, and I recently I feel not good on my urinary tract. Small capsule, easy to swallow yah~ capsule color is purple, customer service said because it adds cranberry, probiotics are good.
