Lifespan Fitness - Torque 3 Treadmill

The inbuilt programs provide me with a personal trainer experience at home, with the training programs that come with it helping and guiding me during workout sessions. Its pace has greatly challenged me and helped me push myself to my limits. It is highly comfortable and secure, so I can work out comfortably without fear of any incidents during workouts.

The machine is quite configurable. There are a ton of preprogrammed running programs that you can use to guide your workout routine. The controls on the handles to adjust speed and incline are also very helpful when you need a change in speech and steepness, which is very convenient as I like to mix things up and it is nice not having to reach to the console to change the settings. I have used this treadmill for a little over 4 weeks now and currently use it everyday. Its practical, super wide belt makes it very comfortable to use. Motor is smooth and quiet, cushioning is super great and no issues so far. As a small 150cm lady it has been easy to fold up and it has soft drop, making it a breeze to put down.

Not a fancy high tech treadmill but does the job. Very solid and feels high quality. Enough speed at 18k and incline is actually surprising high. Programs are good but only really use about 3-4 out of the 99.

Great for the whole family

We have owned the Torque 3 for about a month and love it. I am a 47 year old female and managed to get the treadmill set up by myself while my husband was away on business. With great customer service via email l was provided with a video to help me move it easily into place after setting it up. All four of us are now using the treadmill for fitness and school cross country practice. My daughter has used the programming function to set up a run with similar inclines to her school course. I’ve suggested to my parents (in their 70s) that they should invest in one to keep themselves active.
