When I bought a treadmill, I was happy like a bird. It was all going fine when I noticed some small marks on my flooring. I started looking for a solution and finally bought this treadmill floor mat. It bought a mat with 4mm thickness and it is working perfectly. Interestingly, not only does it help protect my floor, it also minimizes vibration and noise. I am thoroughly pleased.

Though it looks like an ordinary mat, but it is super heavy duty (weighs like 10kgs) and very dense. Highly recommended to put one down before you put on your treadmill.
