Lifespan Kids Dome Climber 2.5m

Great climbing frame, kids love it! Instructions however were woeful. We recommend two people set up. Build the frame in levels rather than trying to attach too many poles to one bolt. Then you can go around and add the extra poles for the next level and tighten them all properly at the end. Use a drill to tighten.

Product is good. Takes more than one person to assemble. A bit awkward. It would be easier if the bolts were longer for the frame. You need multigrips and really squeeze the multiple bars together to start the nut on the thread. All in all. Kids loved it. Great size.

The end result is ok. My kid loves it. The components seem good quality. The assembly was horrific, the instructions need improving with good images and a review of the wording. Honestly it would have been better to pay someone assemble it. Proceed with caution is all ill say.

Solid piece of equipment once built. However, written and visual instructions in manual very poor. We used the visual PDF instructions from the website instead which was clearer with the lettering system. Requires 3 persons to build especially on Christmas Eve as a present from Santa. Allow several hours for construction

Difficult assembly but tough

The frame Is great quality and tough but it is incredibly difficult to put together, needs at least 3 strong adults. The instruction manual needs to be updated the pictures are terrible quality. We had to pull it apart and redo several joints because the order that they are put together is important for the final angles and that is not made clear in the book. All up it took 2 people about 8 hours

Easier then we thought

My children love this! A little confused with how long it takes to build, based on the other comments. My father was able to build this for the kids in just under 2hr

Great climbing dome but painful to assemble

Our boys (4 & 7) love this climbing dome and use it almost daily, but it’s a pain in the butt to assemble!!! Best to use the online PDF instructions from the website because the ones included are poorly photocopied. Even then, instructions terrible. It took my husband and I around 4hrs to assemble. It has to be put together in a very particular way. The actual dome itself is high quality and the perfect size.

Great equipment but difficult to put together

Bought this for our grandchildren. It’s sturdy & stable and from short usage over Christmas will get a good workout by the kids.But as many of the other reviewers have said, it’s physically difficult to put together, the instructions are poor, & the photos very poor quality.Video instructions, as per some competitors would be helpful.

If only the assembly was easier

Once assembled the dome is very sturdy and good quality. The assembly process was a nightmare. Took 3 adults and a range of extra tools to help push the pieces together on the correct angle so that we could fix the nuts and bolts together. The images in the instructions were not clear therefore not overly helpful.

Tricky to build but fantastic to play on

My kids love this dome and play on it daily... however setting it up proved challenging. More a 3 person job. Would be great if there was a video link demo to watch prior to starting
