Akai tv 40 inch review

Sound quality is really bad. Bad bass. Keeps making robot vibrating loud noises . But besides that good tv. Netflix and online connections is good

Excellent value for money

Excellent picture and sound, easy set up and affordable, connects easily via Wi-Fi to Netflix. Works great with Google Chrome cast and google home for other apps. Only downside is that it won't connect to a 5g network unless connected with chrome cast. Recommended for use in bedrooms.

Fantastic product, hours of fun for the kids.

Excellent! This was a gift for my 18month old niece, and she just loves it. The size and scale are very appropriate, good quality and looks just as it's pictured.

Good TV for the money.

I purchased this TV a few days ago. The video and audio quality are convincing. The problems that I've had are web browser app and the remote control. I am using some websites that have the videos on their domains, not on YouTube. In the middle, the movies stop and there is no way to keep watching. I believe it's a problem with the browser app. The other one is the remote control; It takes a while after pressing the red button to get the TV on, which is a little more than normal. The buttons on the remote need more pressure than the quality remotes (like LG, Samsung and so on). considering its price,I believe it's a great deal.

Good display, easy set up, good menu system

Bought yesterday, so I can't comment on longevity. My old TV literally went "bang", so this was a replacement needed quickly. Several models I would have considered (eg Hisense, Phillips, Hitachi) were out of stock. The screen display was better than the adjacent ChiQ and TCV 40" units in store IMO, and was nearly as good as a larger Sony model costing $900 that I could easily compare it with.Screwing the legs on was easy, and they have rubber inserts so they won't scratch my entertainment unit. I don't need it as a smart TV, so can't comment on that part. There are 3 HDMI ports, rather than 2 on some other models. I plugged it all in, followed the well-written quick start guide, it found my WiFi easily, and it all just worked. The menu system was comprehensive ... MoreBought yesterday, so I can't comment on longevity. It comes on in about 4 secs. The only complaint so far is that the "auto off after no activity for 5 mins" feature doesn't seem to work. Overall, good value at this price point.

In love

We spent awhile trying to find a decent outdoor play kitchen (with a working tap) for a decent price and I’m so glad we found this. Took about 45 mins with tools to put together, the quality is good and our 1.5yo daughter loves it

Mixed feelings

Purchased this a couple weeks ago.Quality isn’t bad but I did expect it to be better.1 main back board piece was cracked and needed to be fixed.Tap is not the best quality too.Our daughter loves playing with it tho so it’s not all bad.

The tap works!

We purchased this for the kindergarten mud area and the children have absolutely loved it! The working tap has been of particular delight to the children! Perfect size for a few children to enjoy playing together.

Very cool!

Really happy with this little kitchen, we gave it to our son for his fourth birthday and he loves it. Quality materials used and love the cool features like the hose attachment to make the tap work.It is pretty time consuming to build but feels very sturdy and solid.
