Very happy with the purchase of this cubby house, our toddler loves it. The item came in 4 boxes with a 55 page manual to build (lots of individual pieces) but my husband found it very easy to follow. It took him the whole day to build (12 hours), with the help of a second adult the second half of the day.Delivery took longer than anticipated and whilst the cubby house is gorgeous it's a little smaller than I thought it would be. I think my child will be comfortable in it till he is around 5 years old.The free picnic table that came with the house was great, lovely quality.

we ordered the scenic heights cubby. It was on back order and took maybe a month for delivery.We asked some friends to help us set up. One was a tradie and came armed with tools. It took over 8 hours and 3 men to set up most of this item. We still have the interior to go. Was not expecting such a detailed set up. Is a beautiful cubby house but be prepared it is not a quick or easy set up

A few broken and missing parts... the slide had no mounting hardware or even a mention in the manual/instructions. Easy enough to build, but it took a LOOONG time to wade through all the parts. When it was finally complete, my young bloke nearly feel out the first time he played in it as there is a seat right bellow the upper level window. I cant see how it would have met Australian standards. It'll take a few minor adjustments/modifications to get it right, the customer support seems pretty useless, then it will be ok (I hope!).Cheap price, average product, mediocre support... you get what pay for.
Took a very long time for 2 adults to assemble (12+ hours). Clearly a mass produced American item. Floor doesn't meet Australian standards: instructions indicate to screw planks flush together, but need to leave gaps to allow to expansion in Australian heat, so had to cut one piece down to allow this. Some pieces weren't quite square. But, overall comparing to similar sized products out there this is VERY reasonably priced, very sturdy and most of all my son LOVES it.
Quick delivery and easily assembled quality for price paid
Love this play house. It arrived three weeks early. The instructions were easy to follow and we had it together in about four hours. The only issue would be the door hardware is not ideal. The parts didn't line up 100% so we had to trim the wood a very small bit, but everything is asy to fix. We also added a slide. We are very pleased with this cubby house set.
