Lifestream - Calcium Natural Powder 250g

Hi. This is a review of the Calcium tablets. I take these for strength in my bones. They seem to work well. I used to take magnesium and calcium, but I found the side effects of too much magnesium (going to the toilet way too often) were not why I was taking the tablets. These tablets seem the best for strong bones.

Good product, taking 1 a day.

Like that this is a natural calcium. Taking one a day to supplementmy diet and calcium intake. Will keep buying this product.

Convenient way to supplement with calcium at a chosen level when dairy intolerant. I sprinkle 1/4 tsp on porridge in morning and 1/4 tsp in my smoothie before bed. Helps me sleep.

Quite helpful, but contain cornstarch

I bought the Natural Calcium capsules because they were from marine plants, and I thought they would be better for me. If I'd read the ingredients list first, though, I wouldn't have purchased them. They contain cornstarch, which I find totally unnecessary and which is unwanted in my strict diet. It's my own fault - I now read all of the ingredients before making a decision. I've ordered another brand, which also contains Magnesium and D3, and doesn't have any fillers. Cornstarch aside, though, I believe the Calcium, taken before bed, may have helped my legs to relax. I was also taking a Magnesium supplement.

Separate Advice!

Since given advice (regarding osteoporosis) to take calcium and magnesium supplements separately I'm now trying this brand, not only because it's a NZ one but I prefer the organic ingredient seaweed equiv. plus silica, it seems to suit my gut much better than others i've tried. Sleeping pattern appears to be changing for the better.......

This product is easy to take as it dissolves well in water, has no unpleasant taste & we think the best absorbed.

Of all the calcium supplements we have tried over the years this one is the best as it really does work in preventing muscle leg cramps at night, is easy to take as no large capsules to swallow, just mix with water and see how it completely dissolves (this is a very good indication of how well it works). Plus it has no unpleasant taste. All in all a very good product especially for those who cannot tolerant dairy and need extra calcium.

When I bought this on

When I bought this on line, it wouldn't tell me the freight price before I paid by pay pal. It was added to my Pay Pal payment. I think this was pretty sneaky, because I could not find a way to back out when I found the freight was so dear.I am not arguing about the price, no doubt freight prices from NZ would be fairly expensive, I am just cross because I couldn't check this out before I paid for the product. calcium capsules

I've been buying these vegan calcium capsules from Healthpost for a long time and I'm very happy with them. It's much cheaper for me to buy them from Healthpost online that in the store here in Perth, too.

good for me product

I have tried a lot of calciums of different types and brands. This has worked for me by far the best. FEELS good. My nails got stronger fairly quickly ( one of my big indicators) Easily digested and absorbed I think. (Some I have tried felt like rocks running through my body). I use muscle testing and have found others I can take for a while then 'nope' body does not want any more although body also tests for needing calcium sooo.... This has worked great and on goingly.By the way thanks to the reviewer for tip on putting in tooth paste.
