It's very easy to take and you need so little of it ie: about 1/2 a tspn [1g] daily, which meant it lasted me 2 months. I've had no 'lurgys' since being on it, despite being around people with all kinds of flu and C0VlD, so it seems to be assisting my immune system, nicely.

Great vitamin c but be warned, if you travel the lid frequently falls off as is very loose so a fantastic option if you’re not on the move.
I was delighted to find this as it contains a good natural source of Vitamin C (unlike many products which are nature-identical but compounded in a lab). Nice size tablets, easy to take.But I probably won't be getting more, only because the dose of active ingredient is way lower than what I have been recommended to take. I hadn't checked that before ordering. I would have to take 3 -4 times the recommended dose - too many tablets to swallow - and even then its not enough for the levels desired for times like when warding off colds and flu. So I give this only 3 stars, even though the quality of source of Vit C should make it a 5 star product.
The ingredients get a big tick from me because I am allergic to citrus and have an intolerance to corn and this product contains neither. It doesn't contain citric acid either which can be a hidden trap for me. Thanks :)
Difficult to review this product as requested.I ordered this but was substituted another product which was half the price and inferior to this one. I have returned the other product and am waiting on a refund.This product was what I wanted as had researched extensively and it has good feedback.I wouldn’t buy from this seller again - as you don’t even get what you paid forHave rated as acceptable as I needed to put something - can’t review what I never received
It's super important to me that I get my vitamin c from a whole food source. This powder is super convenient, and my kids love it.
