This is a nice looking frame, but its features don't fit together well. It's very heavy, with a front panel of glass that doesn't fit snugly into the wooden frame. Mine cracked yesterday when I was trying to push it in. Also, the picture hook is very poor--badly positioned and flimsy. The product looks good, but it's poor quality.

I would love to see a video on how these are hung to the wall. The hook doesn’t reach the wall so therefore I needed to add wire to the hooks, it takes at least 30 minutes to get the wire over the hook on the wall. Very frustrating. Top of frame bends upwards so it looks like there’s a curve.

Purchased two and both the frames are extremely flimsy and shift on the glass which caused one to break. Also extremely difficult to hang and even if you can the top part of the frame lifts up due to the weight. Extremely poor design and regret buying.

Unfortunately bought four of these and they were all substandard. Weight of the frame causes the top to bow when hung, so it looks utterly appalling. Waste of money.
These frames are beautiful. They are the colour I wanted and delivery to store was quick. Unfortunately they in no way match the sizes stated. Details state 11"x14" (with 8"x10" opening in mount). None of these measurements are correct. The frame is 12"x15" (and mount is 7 and1/2"X11"). The measurements don't even match the stated cm dimensions. So ultimately they don't do what I needed - the edges of the picture show top and bottom as the mount is the wrong size. This is a lovely frame which doesn't meet its details.
I had two frames that also broke when I tried to hang them. I wouldn't have expected the plastic to break just by hanging it. The hook is also designed really poorly. It should have string attached so you can more easily hang it.
Purchased the frame because the specifications described the material as wood, and the images online look as though the outside finish is hardwood.The images and descriptions are misleading - the outside is laminate and looks cheap upon close inspection.
The frame is very flex and doesnt hold the weight of glass come with it. Tried to install hanging wire cross both side, the frame is bowing like oval. The hook comes with the frame also very filmsy and deformed Stright way when I tried to hang it first time nearly drop.
Who designed the hook to hang this on the wall? It is impossible to hang it using this. The edge of the frame just out so far that no wall fixture would ever be able to connect with the tiny inset device. Clearly made as cheaply as possible.
