This is a great product. I was after a small shed to replace an old broken timber century type shed which really was too small. I chose this shed due to its size to fit where I required in my garden , colour and material as other people had said how strong and sturdy the shed was (they were not wrong)My son who is a carpenter (I think this helped) erected the shed in approximately 1 and half hours. A second person is required just to hold steady certain parts when put together, this was only a couple of times.Great purchase. Thank you

Very happy with the quality of this shed. The assembly is challenging, though. It took two of us (experienced, capable adults) 6 hours (three x two hour sessions). Major problem is the sel-tapping screws. They aren't. Need to pre-drill all points where "self-tapping" screws are required.

I read the review about a divorce and thought that the person was being dramatic. Now I realize that the review is an understatement! My husband and I (yes, we are 2 able bodied men), are now on hour 5 and the shed is STILL NOT assembled! We do almost all of our own maintenance so assembling a small shed seemed no issue at all.It should be called "lifetime of frustrations"! The instructions started out OK. However, many of the schematics do not match what you are supposed to be doing. For instance, Section 1.1 tells you to put tube FEJ into the Left Side Wall Panel AGN. There is absolutely no indication where the holes should be located relative to the side panel. Why the holes could not have been pre-drilled into the side panel is beyond my imagination. But the pièce de résistance is when you are supposed to attach the doors to the side panels. Nothing is pre-drilled and you have to somehow attempt to drill screws through the plastic into the metal. We had to drill through the tiny little indentations on the front panel where the doors will attach and hope for the best. At this pointe, we have still not completed the assembly as we are entering hour 6! The frustration level is outrageous. We love Costco and have to say that it is unfortunate that they carry this product. What is even sadder is that if the product was better pre-drilled and aligned, it would be a PERFECT addition to our property. We have put together IKEA product with much less frustration.

Misalligned Parts
23 April 2018

Purchased at Costco. Assembly took about 4 hours total for all but 2 misaligned parts. Screw holes in Left Door Inner Channel (FEL) do not line up with the holes in left Door (AGO). After holding 22 minutes to speak with someone, I explained to the rep who asked me to email photos. He agreed about the misalignment and speculated that the door may have shrunk due to heat or whatever (in the plant or afterwards). I measured the right door and sure enough it is 5/16 inch longer than the left door. The screw locations to fasten the channel to the door progressively get misaligned down the length of the door, lending credence to the shrinkage concept (uniform increasing misalignment). I cannot imagine why one door shrunk but not the other one however, if they were both ... MorePurchased at Costco. Assembly took about 4 hours total for all but 2 misaligned parts. Seems like they have a manufacturing issue (materials of construction not shrink resistant?).Anyway, the rep was polite and a good communicator and is shipping a replacement left door to me. Who knows how long it will take though. I will update this review when I am done with assembly.

Need a little patience to assemble
10 April 2018

I bought this shed at Costco as I liked the design and size. It still looks very nice. However, I assembled this by myself and it took nearly 5 hours and quite a bit of fanagaling, so you will need to macgyver some parts. For example, none of the posts will fit into the door slots, you will need to cut away some of the plastic with a box cutter or knife to get it started, once it starts it goes in relatively easy. When it came time for door assembly the piece did not match to the holes at the top and bottom, it would be only one or the other. I called assembly and they said to go in at an angle and many people have issues with that. I already knew I could do that, but I like something to fit the way it was intended. After making that work I completed the rest of assembly with relative ease. Although, the 1/4 inch drill pit is not enough to fit the deadbolt screw through so will need to get one size larger. The doors will not close completely flush on the first attempt you will need to lift it ever so slightly, but once it is in you are good to go. For the price I really cannot complain as it was less than $260 with tax and it will fulfill its purpose of storing my yard tools and games. However, you will definitely need patience and I am sure the assembly would have been a lot more enjoyable and easier with a friend.

Sadly disappointed in quality
17 September 2022

I bought this shed at Sam’s Club. It was a good price compared to other similar sheds, so I thought. However, it was so flimsy that it didn’t hold up to the north Texas heat, & the individual panels would bend after about 30 minutes. Also, almost NONE of the predrilled holes aligned. It was bad. I should have returned it to Sam’s, but I had this crazy idea of framing it So I didn’t have to try loading it back up. It ended up costing me more than double, plus I had to manipulate several parts to make it work, & the doors were not even the same length. I had high hopes for this shed, based on previous experience with a Rubbermaid shed, but was totally disappointed. I will post a picture if I can.

[Rewarded Review] Love this sturdy unit - Hated assembly
17 May 2018

Purchased at Costco, unit has reinforced metal bracing where other units tended to warp along sides and roof, and the unit looks great once assembled.I hated assembling. I have assembled many similar units, but this one had very poor alignment of the vertical reinforcement door bars (parts #FEM) with resin doors (parts #AGO & #AGZ). If you aligned the upper holes then the lower holes were off by >1cm, align middle holes and both upper and lower would be off by 0.5cm. I ended up re-drilling my own holes into the resin doors to align with the metal reinforcing bar (#FEM). It worked, but shows very poor quality control (I doubt this was "shrinkage" during shipment- likely poor tolerances in manufacturing). Similarly, the 3 door hinges did not align well with the ... MorePurchased at Costco, unit has reinforced metal bracing where other units tended to warp along sides and roof, and the unit looks great once assembled.I hated assembling. It worked, but shows very poor quality control (I doubt this was "shrinkage" during shipment- likely poor tolerances in manufacturing). Similarly, the 3 door hinges did not align well with the indentations in side door jabs, so I re-drilled these as well (these screws anchored well into the square channel inserts inside the door jab). I would NOT recommend trying the use their self-tapping screws without drilling some kind of pilot hole to keep it straight and aligned. These screws must penetrate the resin first, then penetrate the hidden square metal channels).IN CONCLUSION- I am pleased with my unit, but would caution buyers that some parts may not align properly, and you may need to make your own adjustments by re-drilling holes. Instructions are adequate, but assumes everything is going to line up properly first time. Also, you must assemble on a flat surface or you may introduce some twisting to the walls or roof, which may result in the doors not hanging straight.

Assembly -- I put this together in about 2 hours ( and 3 IPA beers ) by myself. If you can follow instruction, have a modicom knowledge of putting things together, you'll have no problem. I used a cordless drill that allowed me to set the torque so that once the screws set you don't over tighten and strip. If you can put together IKEAS type furniture you can do this! If you do this by yourself you'll need a wall to help hold things up as you add screws. Having a buddy ( and more beer ) will greatly help.Appearance - Very nice, clean lines. Much better than tools leaning against the wall!Cost - Costco has these so you'll get a great price!Usage -- Love it, put my powerwasher , yard tools and fertilizer in this this.Cons - I'd like some hooks and maybe a shelf ... MoreAssembly -- I put this together in about 2 hours ( and 3 IPA beers ) by myself.
