Distilled in Albany close to King George Sound, Limeburners Sherry Cask is an extremely rich and complex dram that is so well balanced it could be called graceful. Aged in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and finished in former Australian Sherry casks, Limeburners Sherry Cask is earthy in nature with heavy grain notes and subtle fruit tones that play well against vanilla and caraway seed touches at the end.
