This is sizzling in ten seconds. Amazingly fast. Haven’t tried to simmer something over a long period yet. Inclusion for its price so far it’s worth every cent especially considering cheap brands from local stores start at about 3 times more. So far so great.

So much easier and less messy than our old electric conduction heater! heats quickly, cooks fast, doesn't bake on spills. However the 'flex zone' combined zone doesn't seem to work as effectively as the individual zones.
