Lion Brand Mandala Baby Yarn Rainbow Falls

Arrived very fast. Exactly as ordered. Price was good. I couldn’t find this yarn anywhere else to complete my project. I’m glad I checked Etsy for it! Thank you.

First, let me say these arrived with no issues regarding delivery.Thanks, Wal-Mart!Second, let me just confirm I am a full on, full time crochet queen and yarn hoarder, so I know quality when it is in my hands and on my hook (or needles)!Third, let me also confirm Lion has some GREAT yarns! This is NOT one of them.This is NOT baby yarn, not how you imagine, tiny and soft. It is rougher than rough, uneven, flat in some places, a bit fuller in other. Echo caves chevron ripple blanket

Ordered (2) 3 packs of echo caves for a Chevron ripple blanket. All were same dye lot and in same color sequence. Yarn price and delivery from Walmart was excellent.This yarn is a 3 weight, but some sections had very thin strands of yarn. Not noticeable in a large project (affects 2-3 stitches each) but very undesirable. It was in every ball of yarn. The color striping was very nice and like the combination of colors. This review would have been a five if not for the thinning sections of yarn. This is on the Lion brand. They need better quality control of their products.

Excellent price! Yarn is very easy to work with and the color is great. Walmart definitely has the best prices for 3-packs of yarn - you just have to check often since the prices change daily. Order shipped from Lion Brand very quickly and I received the order within a couple of days of placing it! Overall very happy with this purchase and I will continue to check Walmart whenever I?m in need of yarn for a project!

Great yarn! Colors in photos are inaccurate.

I definitely expected Icy Grape to be just white and purple, based on the product photo. Sharing my photos so you can see it also has some brown tones, kinda like a toasted marshmallow color. Was surprised when the yarn arrived and looked...dirty. Im still using it and it looks better when crocheted than the ball does, wanted to warn other shoppers. Great yarn though. Kinda grabby on the hook, nice and strong. Super warm!

Heavenly yarn

I love this yarn! Yhe weight is perfect, and it gradually goes from one color to the next next beautifully! A must have for sure!!

I love this yarn!

I've used this yarn in both Wild Pansy and Quarry and it's become one of my favorite yarns. It's very easy to crochet with it and the colors are lovely. The Wild Pansy does have distinct as opposed to gradual color changes if that matters. The Quarry looked greenish gray in the store but under most light looks bluish gray, and both are beautiful. I almost got two hats from one cake; can probably get three from two cakes. This yarn is soft and warm. I wish more colors and some solids or uniform multis were available.

Mandala Pixie Hollow

By looking at the picture I thought that this yarn had white in it, but it doesn't, it has lilac in color, but the picture makes it look white. I love the color and it will look nice as I make a baby afghan for a newborn due on January 21, 2021. Just what I had ordered. Love the colors. Can't wait to get started on the baby afghan. Thank you so much for the yarn.

Very undecided

I bought this yarn in 3 colors to use for amigurumi crocheted bears. It was on clearance. I love the softness and plushiness. However, it's almost impossible to use for sewing the body parts together with. There are no fibers to hold the yarn together, so it keeps stretching each time you put a stitch in. Like others have said, the "icy grape" color is more beige and cream than purple.

What A Mess

This yarn was not spun well. It wasn't consistent in size and knotted so often I gave up making a scarf with it. Don't do a project where you may need to frog a bit because it knots up in the stitches as if it's mohair. It just isn't as nice as mohair by miles. I'll never purchase this again.
