I love this stuff. I used it when I got Covid to stay hydrated. I carry some in my bag for days they I get caught up doing things and haven’t had Time to drink water. It taste nice and sweet. Very easy to drink compared to the regular liquid Iv version. I keep these in stock at all times

This stuff tastes amazing and the size is perfect for a 16.9 oz bottle of water. It is great to replace electrolytes and the added immune support is a plus. It is great for after a workout of just for everyday hydration. I would recommend to anyone who is training or plays sport also.

I can’t say enough about how Liquid IV changed my life, after being severely dehydrated due to medications and not drinking enough water daily, I was desperate to find anything that could help. My foggy brain disappears, no palpitations, energy is regained in minutes and I don’t need coffee because this provides energy with zero crash and if it’ll helping to keep me hydrated, I’m going to keep buying boxes of it. I tried vitamins and water alone and that doesn’t compare!

Due to prior cancer treatments I have a very poor immune system. I’ve tried so many electrolyte drinks! So far this is the most effective! For me it works quickly and snaps me out of feeling so nauseated and lethargic in the morning
First time using product and very pleased. Didn't enjoy salty taste but after three morning doses in a row I was back to better hydration level. Headaches gone. Recommend on an as needed basis.
The tangerine flavour is okay, but I found it very sweet compared to other Liquid IV flavours that I tried, and honestly I find that off putting (it doesn’t feel as refreshing to me when it’s so sweet). I even tried mixing a stick with twice the amount of recommended water, but it still remained very sweet. Because it is the immune-boosting formula, I also think the electrolytes don’t shine through as much, as I found myself retaining less water with this flavour (but that’s just anecdotal).
The hydration multiplier was especially great for airline travel. I took along a couple of packets and added them to my water bottle on the flights. Reduced jet lag and gave me an extra boost for my immune system. I also used while we were hiking in a dry climate to stay hydrated without feeling bloated. The tangerine taste is subtle.
Best electrolyte drink mix I've ever tried. Incredible taste when using ice water and really works for dehydration. Mixes easily with cold water. Great to have after coffee, between meals or for working out and/or sauna. Its slightly expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. My favourites so far are Tangerine and passion fruit, have not tried strawberry and lemon lime. Great product of high quality from serious high tech brand.
