Liquid IV Hydration Strawberry 24 Sachets

I haven’t purchase anything from Liquid I.V. for quite some time, simply because of the price point. With the job I work at it’s very warm inside so management got some Liquid I.V. to help us stay hydrated. I forgot how good this brand is and especially this flavor. This is one my favorite flavors they offer, I choose to add one packet to about 36 ounces of water and it’s just enough to give it great flavor without being overly sweet. It definitely helps my hydration but I can’t give a product so overpriced 5 stars.

It’s a good way to drink water, especially if you dislike the bland taste of water! I find if I stick to the 500ml of water, as they recommend, it’s a little bit sweet. But added to a full 1 litre bottle it’s actually refreshing. Easy to open and use. And I love the fact there are vitamins and nutrients in the product. Can’t wait to try the other flavours. Definitely good value for money.

I carry these for emergencies, as I’m often out in the South Texas heat during the day, and these little sachets are truly outstanding. I carry a 40 oz tumbler with me, and one packet into a full tumbler is enough to last me through one of my worst dehydration spells. These are superior to any other rapid hydration drink out there in that they don’t hurt my body at all. There is no upsetting sugar rush or uncomfortable feelings with urination. In that way I prefer it to the inexpensive brands. The strawberry flavor is wonderful compared to the OG lemon-lime (thankfully, 🤮), making me want to try other flavors. I used the Stawberry flavour and it reminds me of those ice pops you had as a kid. It tastes amazing. I will make up a water bottle and drink before and after a run/gym and it keeps me hydrated and gives me an extra burst of energy! I have recently given to friends to try and they love the flavours! Don’t forget to pack for holidays with all the extra exercise, swimming and heat it’s a must have at breakfast! Highly recommend and loved by everyone I’ve recommended it too. My only negative is the higher levels of sugar and dextrose but it does say on the box that they are in there for function rather than taste.

I received this product for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. I love using electrolytes whether it is after sport or to help cope with a hangover..! I am sometimes weary of them as I know the common brands use lots of chemicals and sugar and it can feel unhealthy. I don’t feel like that with Liquid IV. Liquid IV contains 7 essential vitamins and minerals (B3. B5, B6, B12, C, sodium and potassium) and uses no artificial colours or sweeteners. I quite like the taste as well. I would say a pack comes with a lot so I would mix it with a lot of water ideally and to avoid any lumps.

Liquid I.V Hydration is a must to have on hand

Liquid I.V. Hydration is amazing. A couple of different times several years ago I became dehydrated and ended up in the hospital emergency room with an IV in my arm. Last Sunday I woke up with the same feeling. I had a terrible headache that was almost debilitating and I never get headaches. I was also nauseous and needed to lay down in a dark, quite room. I poured a pouch of the Liquid IV into a bottled water and "VOILA!" Within 1-2 hours I was back to normal and spent the rest of the day running errands and staying busy. No more headaches since then. Always keep this on hand as I will always continue to do so myself. If you don't drink enough liquids, as most of us don't, you can drink a pouch of this everyday to help.
