Drying to a hard yet flexible opaque white matte finish, Liquitex Flexible Modeling Paste can be used on its own, mixed with acrylic paint for a coloured paste, or painted once dry. Fully intermixable with all Liquitex products, Liquitex Flexible Modeling Paste can be applied with a knife or tool! Build up thin layers to create sculptural texture, allowing each layer to dry before applying the next. Cover loosely with plastic wrap to dry the paste slowly and avoid cosmetic cracks appearing. If cracks do appear, fill them in with another thin layer of paste after the original coat dries. To handle the paste like clay, remove the lid and let some water slowly evaporate until the paste reaches the consistency and texture you want.
