I’ve used Listerine for a long time. So when Influenster and Listerine gave me this product in exchange for my honest review, I was excited. My dentist recently asked that I change my mouthwash to a formula that did not include alcohol. I’ve never used Listerine Total Care Zero but figured I try this version. I really appreciate the less than intense experience with total care zero. I did experience some sloughing of my gums and cheeks. Listerine is a great mouth wash and you really can’t go wrong with any of their varieties. I’ve been using this same product for well over 21 days. One reason I go for this one is enamel restore. Having kiddos can ware down your teeth. However, I am not a huge fan of the flavor. All Listerine products are super strong. But with that being said that’s probably why it works better. I love that it easily freshens breath, helps prevent cavities, and also strengthens teeth. So this one is definitely beneficial more than I would say the other options. You get 6-1 benefits! I definitely thing this one conquers the job if you can stand the taste.

I’m a stickler for fresh breath. I’m OCD when it comes to Oral hygiene. I brush, floss, thread and pick throughout the day. That being said, it’s pretty obvious that I’m also an avid mouthwash user. I’ve tried darn near every brand/flavor/strength available. As much as I like the Listerine brand and their vast array of products, I just can’t handle their mouthwash. I tend to only purchase Alcohol-free mouthwashes, and was pleased when Listerine started offering it. The flavor is good, the freshness level is outstanding, but it still burns! I have to dilute it just to be able to gargle with it. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing as it makes the product last longer, it’s just SO INTENSE!! I’m looking forward to milder, less painful version.

For this challenge, I purchased a bottle of Listerine Total Care, Fresh Mint. I have been using it twice a day for one minute each. I can noticeably see and feel the difference. At first, it was almost too strong for my mouth, but after a couple of days, I easily got used to it and now look forward to the fresh mint taste. It's very refreshing and it helps prevent and fight cavities. I chose this one for the total mouth care benefits and am extremely happy with it. It definitely kills bad breath and gets rids of the germs. My entire mouth just feels clean, and I love that. I will definitely continue to use it after the challenge, because it strengthens your teeth and restores your enamel. What could be better.

I bought the Glamorous White, mint flavor, which says it removes up to 90% of surface stains in 5 days. There are other Crest whitening toothpastes out there, including one that says it removes up to 80% and is called Vibrant Mint I believe. I've used whitening products from Crest before, but not their toothpaste. Amazon no longer sold the whitestrips I usually get, so I thought I'd use this for maintenance. I've used this daily for exactly three weeks, and I'm very satisfied. I don't want super white teeth, but I don't want stained, yellow teeth either. This keeps my teeth fairly clean-looking. They're "white" enough for my taste, and I haven't experienced any sensitivity while using this. I'm usually quite a fan of the Listerine "pow" that comes from their products. It's that ultra fresh, tingly feel that kick starts the day so I was certain this would be no different. I started using it straight away, morning and night, after brushing my teeth. The pow caught me out the first night, I thought maybe I had just not used Listerine for a while and had forgotten how strong it was. However, after a couple of days, I had to change my night routine as it was just too strong and refreshing for right before bed. It was literally waking me back up! I took before and after photos, there does seem to be a very small improvement in whiteness of my teeth but it could be the lighting, anyhow I wasn't expecting it to change my teeth, only to keep them healthy.
