400% scarier than the first. It's like they took everything unsettling about the first game and ramped up everything: the animations, the music, the ATMOSPHERE.The pacing is phenomenal, giving you some room to breathe after shitting yourself, then dunks you right back into the action. The combat sections are a little fiddly at times, especially if you have a hard time with the depth perception, though. Still, 10/10 great game.

This is one of the creepier games I have played in some time. If you played the first Little Nightmares you know what I mean. This sequel though has a different tone. More insidious somehow. At multiple times I was reminded of titles like Inside and Limbo. But it definitely has its own palette and texture, so I don't feel like it's a clone or ripoff. The ending had me really wondering about the whole story.

The Little Nightmares franchise is a series of puzzle games with a creepy and sometimes sad twist. If you’re unfamiliar, think of it as your standard puzzle game with visual inspiration from movies like 9 or Coraline.Requires a good amount of logic and persistence to get through some of the levels. The developers clearly went down the line of common fears and phobias when making the game so there’s something in it for everybody. Very well put together with tons of atmospheric horror elements and great sound mixing.I’d say it’s better than the first installment.Trigger warning: themes of suicide and murder

Little Nightmares 2 excels much in the same way the first game did. It’s got the atmosphere, the haunting score, and some visuals that will stay with you. That aside, there are occasional technical hiccups. Sometimes judging when and where to place your well timed jumps or attacks can become frustrating as the camera is fixed in a position sometimes making it hard to judge where your jump will land or where your hit land. Though those are only a few of the troubles I ran into. Other than that it’s just more of what we loved about the first. Has a pretty nice little twist at the end as well. I’d recommend checking it out.
Little Nightmares II is a suspense-adventure, side scrolling game that took me about 5-8 hours to complete it. It has beautiful aesthetics, fun gameplay, clever puzzles (but never difficult) and a surprisingly interesting story told with no dialog. It maintains the fantastic atmosphere of the previous game with a much darker and more emotional story. If you have played the first one then you should play this one as well. If you have never played the first one then you should, but you also don't have to have to enjoy this one.
The gripping sequel to one of the most uniquely horrifying indie horror games there is. Make your way safely through the twisted reality surrounding you. Absolutely brilliant all the way through, with twists and turns round every gruesome corner.
Entertaining and challenging game. Incorporates a good balance of problem solving and motor skill use. Graphics are well done and overall game well thought out. Sort of a nail-biter at times when fast, evasive maneuvers are required to tackle or evade monsters, which makes it all the more enjoyable. I find myself playing this game more often than others.
I picked up this game on sale after contemplating buying it for a while. The videos of the game that I saw prior to purchasing it were very intriguing. They did not disappoint. This is like a cross between survival horror and a platform strategy game. While it’s not super long, what is here will haunt you for quite a while. I highly recommend it.
Great tim burton like game with fantastic graphics and awesome story. Its just too short thou, and that"s the reason it gets a 4 stars for me. A couple of more hours thrown in the mix would have been decent. You can do this game in 2 hours and on a single play. Just be aware of that. But those 2 hours are well spent and you will love it. I say wait for a sale, but then again this game rarely gets to $20 bucks and when it does, few copies are left. Get the game if you played and loved the 1st one.
