My 4 year old daughter loved the unboxing of this house. She was so thrilled to set it up in our living room and find all the details that the set contains. Setup did require a screw driver to attach the pool piece firmly, but everything else was ready to go right out of the box. Once the pool was attached, it easily folded up into place for storage.With 3 different settings and 6 different actions that activate sound, there's a variety of ways to interact with the house. My daughter loved that the bed slid over to reveal a trundle bed for the 3rd Little People, and she proudly showed me how each Little People had a color coordinated chair. We bought this as a Xmas present and we’re glad we did, our 2 year old daughter absolutely loves it and has been playing with it nonstop for 4 days! The product build quality is great so far and all the accessories are perfectly sized for little hands. Mom and Dad have 2 complaints though so only 3 stars... first this thing is LOUD (music and songs) so we’re really disappointed in FP for overlooking that when engineering this without a volume control (you won’t want this anywhere near when making a work call, that’s for sure). Secondly, we’re disappointed with the lyrics of one of the songs - the one that comes on when she’s playing with the kitchen about throwing together a bunch of ingredients and mixing them up, and the song ends with “oh...Yucky!!”. Lovely sturdy playset (fisher price little people playset). Lots of activities for little fingers with noises too and it can be carried by the roof to take to Nanas. My granddaughter is almost 18mnths and played with it all throughout Xmas. My son has now bought an add on caravan set. The front door opens and plays sounds and phrases as does the toilet when it flushes, the music player etc. The swing set was my GD favourite part as she likes swings.Have to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to SMYTHS too. 10/10. They were amazing. Ordered it and it came the next day!!!!!!.

Bought this toy for my grandsons, ages 3 and almost 1, to complement their collection of Little People vehicles. Really like the sturdiness of the toy as well as the cute interactive features. There is a feature to increase the skill level of the interaction as well, which is quite nice. The toy is self-contained and is not huge and unwieldy to handle, so that was also a plus because it makes it easy for little ones to move around as needed. We love little people! The house is cute and a good size. I love that it has stages of play so many ages can play. My daughter loves the music and lights it has. The only thing that I dont really like about little people anymore is the people are getting heavy for some reason. I also wish mattel would take the 1-5 off the box, maybe just say 1 and up. My daughter just turned 6 and all she asked for for her birthday was little people. My 9 year old also likes playing with them still.

Writing as a parent and a preschool toy researcher. This toy has great functionality and is very durable. Lots of opportunities for early language and communication, especially if your child has been assessed to have a speech delay, as mine has.The other big benefit could be that this toy can be used alongside potty training- the flushing, washing hand etc is a hit. Children closer to 2.5 -3 can use it to work on bedtime routine and moring routines, counting, color matching the people with the chairs etc. Overall, this is toy is multifaceted and has many learning opportunities built in.

It is much more interactive than a little people castle that we bought about six years ago that did not do much, but also less creative than the little people house of the 1980s which contained more moveable objects like chairs, a car, and beds made of foam and plastic. My older son pointed out how it was strange that the house has a gas pump on the side but no car came with it. We have other little people cars that we are using in its place. My three year old really likes playing with The Fisher-Price® Little People® Friends Together Play House and I would recommend it to boys and girls who like holding small people and pretending.
We absolutely love fisher price little people! The friends together playhouse is perfect. My daughter, aged 4, loves it. Even her older siblings gather around and play with her with this house. It has so many fun things to do and adorable songs that they all love to sing along with. Their favorite is the toilet that does a little rap. What a fun addition that they think is hilarious. The only thing you have to do to assemble it, is screw the long screw through the swimming pool joint. So easy! We own several little people sets, which have always been a favorite, and continue to be so. This house is no different. If you already have other little people sets or don't own any yet, you need this set! Highly recommended!
This house was super interactive for my 3 year old daughter. It came with 3 little people to play with plus accessories like a table and chairs. She has continued to play with this toy. She likes that she can turn on and off the lights.There were a few things that I didn't like. The pool pops out so when you flip it up it doesn't always stay in. Also it comes with a little "cake" that is supposed to fit on the table. That doesn't sit very well. It either needs to snap in more or be an actual cake that sits on the table. It also came with some bottles that were supposed to go in the recycle bin but that was something it really didn't need and is just another piece to keep track of.Overall though this is a great little people house.
