nice and secure for my grandbaby. comes with ropes and hooks attached just right height for pushing her. She is a year old. will have to buy rope extenders when she get older so it will be closer to the ground. you will need anchors to mount to swing if you don't all ready have on swingset.

Daughter enjoys it. I do wish the ropes were adjustable in height or they sold an accessory pack to extend height. It says to not use extenders, but we weren’t going to be able to use it without them. I found some on Amazon that have worked well.

I ordered this swing for my 5 month old daughter. I bought this particular one because it will allow her to grow into it and convert once she gets bigger. I received it about a week ago and havent installed it yet but it seems to be of good quality. My only dislike is the fact the ropes are so short. I will be hanging this from our back patio top and will have to use a couple 12 inch or so small swing chains with snap rings to extend the swing down to the proper level. I gave it a 4 star rating only because of this. I would recommend the swing though because its convertible as the child grows and seems to be of good quality.

This swing is perfect. It was easy to hang, although you will need to purchase additional chains/ropes if you plan to hang from a tree. It’s recommended for ages 9 mo , but my 5 month old sits and fits well in the swing. The adjustable straps ensure she stays in position. The straps do rub a little on her neck, so it’d be nice if it was a softer material or came with strap covers. I plan to purchase these separately. Overall a great swing.
I bought these swings for my twin 2 year old granddaughters and they love them. They are very sturdy and easy to attach, and the girls' are much safer in these than in regular swings. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the ropes are shorter than I would like, but I can adapt to that.
The swing is much brighter and more vibrant magenta in person than it shows online. For me that was a big plus! The rope is a grey, not white, which I love so it doesn’t show dirt as easily. Our daughter loves swinging in it! So far, it’s sturdy and secure so we are not concerned about her falling out. She is 5 months old and will have a long time to use this swing before outgrowing it!
LOVE THIS SWING! It's much safer than the "bucket" type as your baby can't tip out of it. They are securely installed with straps and a T-bar. Both can be removed as your baby gets older (packaging states this swing is for 9 months to 4 years old. I easily added this to my new playset by unhooking a swing for older kids and hooking this one onto the existing swing brackets. My 9-month-old grandson (a hefty wee lad) is securely strapped into the seat and swings perfectly. Also, it rained a lot and I expected a bum puddle but there's a cleverly designed wee slot that prevents puddling during a rain storm! Price was half what the bucket seats cost and so this was a great bargain, a lot safer and a lot cuter.

I knew that the rope was polypropylene when I bought the swing and the rope seems to be holding up fine so that is not a problem yet but something to be aware of.Finally, I note that the swings on the existing swing set are held up with chain wrapped in plastic and they appear to be holding up fine after almost 10 years of having been left out in all kinds of weather (and it was not an expensive swing set).This swing is okay if you don't need it to last for more than a season or two .
This was the fourth one we bought (one for each grandchild). The swings are durable and weather resistant. The pink ones were in direct sunlight and faded but the kids do not care, they love them. The blue one was shaded and after two years, still looks the same. I wish there was a way to make the straps (used to buckle the child in) out of something that could be easily cleaned. One is hanging from a tree, two are attached to swing sets, one my husband built a stand for. I would recommend this swing and if we have more grandchildren, I will be buying more of this item.
I bought two for Twins first birthday. I was very pleased when I received them. They are sturdy they have nice straps That come down from the shoulders and hook in which keeps them from falling forward. High back and t-bar are great. I’m very pleased.
