I was first product I ordered from this brand. I really like it. It strengthen and condition my hair. It hydrating and helps to leave my hair feeling softer and smoother and looking shinier. In the end it feels like I did a mask not conditioner. It works even after 3-5 minutes, you do not need to keep it for longer unless you have a very damaged hair.

WARNING Do not buy this product. I bought this for great prices at Nordstrom rack and now I'm stuck with it. I use the product for one week and I had great results shortly there after my hair started to fall out in giant clumps. I'm getting a bald spot on the back of my head from this brand I checked reviews on other sites and noted that other people are having the same experiences hair falls out in handfuls. Do not use this product. I'm stuck with a ton of it because Nordstrom won't take it back.

I thought it was from medication I was taking, but I found that the more I use the shampoo and conditioner the more my hair fell out. There are tons of reviews on Sephora site that talks about people losing their hair from the shampoo. Please do not buy this. My hair was very thick and full and I've had 50% hair loss in three months.

My hair length is a couple inches below shoulders, natural strawberry blond (no dye). It used to be very thick however during COVID I let it grow. It grew out thin and straight. My hair was dry, no curl, fine, dull. After the first use of the Living Proof Conditioner, friends complimented my hair. It had shine and body. Now after almost two months of use, my hair is fuller and looks healthy, I alternate using the Living Proof shampoo with my other shampoos and use the leave-in Living Proof conditioner after each washing, on partially dry hair. I am Living Proof of satisfaction that this product performs as promised.
I love the Living Proof products and they have become a firm staple. However, I cannot say that the shampoo and conditioners make much of a difference to my hair. They smell amazing and I like using them as a treat as they feel luxurious, but results wise they are not my favourite. I instead opt for their stylers and treatments which still smell amazing, last ages, and show results. These are a nice treat though!
The PHD conditioner was a weird experience. Couldn't tell whether it was a decent conditioner or absolutely terrible. Definitely not a revolutionary conditioner. Thought it could provide mild moisture, softness, and shine to the hair. However, it gave a waxy feeling to the hair after washing. It kind of went away when dried but after trying it out more, I really disliked how it made the hair feel after drying and days following. Hair doesn't feel clean; hair was more static-y; no noticeable shine. Seems like you have to convince yourself it's a decent conditioner instead of it actually being good. It's not the worst silicone-free conditioner - but it's not worth the price.
I've been a long-time user of Living Proof products, starting with No Frizz and then moving to the Restore range. I moved away to try the Olaplex range of shampoo and conditioner as I was using the Olaplex Hair perfector, but after a while found I had product build-up with Olaplex causing an itchy scalp. So I went back to Living Proof to try the PHD range as I had read good reviews, and am really happy I have done this as these products seem great for my hair - perfect amount of conditioning without weighing the hair down. This size is perfect for travel.
I love your products and have used them on my fine thin hair for years. However, the new 32oz. refill packaging is driving me crazy & difficult to squeeze into my bottles. I have to steady the bottle while directing the nozzle while squeezing hard. It wiggles and gets knocked over while I grip and forcefully squeeze the32 oz refill package. Give me back the old style refill bottles.
This product worked initially for me and i loved the way my hair looked and smelled , but then the hair started falling out in large amounts just running fingers through hair , then came the burning itching scalp and it left a bald spot at the back of my head . Within 3 weeks of using this product I lost 50% of my hair volume -4 weeks before my wedding :'(. I reached out to living proof because i saw similar results in another beauty site and they contacted me from their R&D Dept . they do care about their customers

I do feel like this conditioner was really moisturizing and worked well to help my hair feel hydrated and detangled.I also reviewed the coordinating shampoo and wanted to include this from that review:I don’t always condition the ends of my hair but I felt like I had to in this case. I initially tested this product by washing my hair without conditioner and then washed my hair again later in the week but this time I followed washing with their coordinating conditioner.
