Living Proof Perfect Hair Day (PHD) Conditioner (For All Hair Types) 710ML/24OZ

The name of this product says it all, it truly gives you perfect hair for the perfect hair day. Prior to using this product, my hair used to get frizzy at the ends, but once I started using it, my hair always looks amazing and the conditioner actually hydrates my hair! I can tell the difference when I use a different product. Can’t recommend this shampoo + conditioner combination enough for fine hair, it will change your life!!

I am obsessed with both the Living Proof perfect hair day shampoo and conditioner. Just for reference, my hair isn’t color treated and very fine. I have an oily scalp and since i live in a hot climate, I need to wash my hair every day. This conditioner makes my hair soft, shiny, and manageable... plus it smells amazing! This conditioner makes my hair shine like glass. It literally gleams. I usually don’t use the same brand of shampoo/conditioner every day and tend to switch off. I can honestly tell the difference when I use Perfect Hair Day. My hair just looks and feels better. It feels easier to style, and i cannot stop touching it throughout the day because it is so soft. Compared to some other higher end brands I use (Bumble and Bumble for example), Living Proof has less product for the same price. Also, I hate the pump that comes with the jumbos. Barely any product comes out. I tried to use a universal pump I had but due to the fact that Living Proof jumbos are smaller, the universal pump didn’t fit.... just a couple annoyances, but nothing big enough to take away my 5 star rating. I must say that I have been very pleased with most of the Living Proof products I have tried.

I live in an incredibly hot and humid area by the beach, and this is the only line that keeps my hair healthy and not heavy. For reference: I have very thick, long color treated (bleached) hair with main problems being frizz, damage, and maintaining color. If you also are a color treated lady, I can’t stress enough to spring for those pricier products to avoid sulfates, parabens etc all costs - this will make all the difference in the health of your hair and extend your time between salon visits.

I really don’t understand how or why people pay $30+ for this brand. This conditioner weighed down my hair and makes it feel plastic/gummy and I’ve never had this issue with conditioner before. I’ve had better results using very cheap brands like Alberto V05 or even the stuff they give you at hotels. I had high expectations for this because of it’s price. But this is bad. It tangles up my hair and leaves it feeling very much like a Barbie doll’s hair that’s been neglected by some sticky haired toddler. I have medium length, thick slightly wavy hair and this just doesn’t work for it. I’ll never buy or recommend anything from this horrible brand.

(Apologies to the brand, but on a 90% or higher humidity day, nothing can give me perfect hair other than a pony tail or French braid.). The shampoo has a decent amount of lather, but not too much. After rinsing, my hair feels clean but not squeaky clean, which I have learned is a good thing. I follow with this conditioner; a little goes a long way. There is almost no scent, (I wish there was), but my hair is shiny and blows out to perfection. The conditioner does not weigh my hair down, and rinses out quickly. I was a little hesitant to try this at first because the scent from the bottle was giving black pepper vibes. I went ahead and used it and I was not disappointed! So so easy and quick to rinse out but makes it very easy to brush out your hair after showering! And the scent! No more black pepper scent after using it! It has a really lovely LONG lasting scent that I love!

Great for fine hair prone to being weighted down

I moved from a really dry climate to a really humid climate and the shampoos I had used in the past were making my hair super oily and weighted down by the end of the day (I shower at night). Based on the front of the bottle "hair feels cleaner, longer" made me decide to try it. I alternate between this shampoo and another salon brand. The smell is really faint on this one (citrus or lemongrass?), I don't feel it's at all perfumy (whereas if I used store brand, I can smell it on my hair ALL day).I use the shampoo in the same line and use only a quarter size amount, rub in my hands to distribute on my hands, then wash. With the conditioner, I use even less - only a dime size. It's pretty thick and a little goes a long way. I rub the dime size amount on my hands, run through my hair and splash a little water on my hair to dilute a little so that I can kind of coat all of my hair.The shampoo/conditioner is rather pricey, but I like the results. One bottle of shampoo will last me about 4-6 months (remember, I'm also alternating between another brand) and I go through one bottle of conditioner to about one and half bottles of shampoo. With quality shampoos/conditioners, you should not need much to get your hair clean!The bottle is hard to squeeze out - I store upside down to make it easier when it's time to dispense.I have really fine, long, dark, healthy hair that I dye with a store bought dye (because for some reason my hair keeps getting light in the sun). My hair is mostly stick straight, with some wavy hairs here and there, so I use a flatiron to get it all straight. I don't blowdry or use any product in my hair (products make my hair flat by the end of the day).

Love it

I was trying to up my hair game, tried a few different products without any luck and finally landed on this for shampoo and conditioner. I used to wash my hair every other day, and now I feel like my hair can last until the 3rd night without wash, it is definitely "cleaner longer" as they claim. My hair looks fuller, shinier and smooth. It also helped with the static I was having during the winter. Definitely sticking to Living proof products, just purchased their control hair spray to for then I do beach waves. ❤️ Oh and PS : I love the smell!

My go to for years!

I have extremely thin, fine, wavy hair with diffuse hair loss and occasional highlights. This doesn’t weigh down my hair and makes it healthier over time. My hair feels softer, stronger, and bouncier. My hair ends an inch after my chin, so it’s fairly short- one bottle will last me several months and I definitely feel that I get my moneys worth! I’m very sensitive to fragrance and this is lightly scented and doesn’t irritate my skin.
