Great outdoor chair for relaxing in the sun. Chair size feels a little small, i.e. it's not your usual reclining chair size. Good sturdy build. Instructions to build the chair weren't easy to decipher but I got there in the end. One screw's thread was cactus and I couldn't use it. Overall, a great purchase though!

Basic quality but this should be expected for the price. Reasonable comfort sitting, get a pillow for reclining. Grease up gas strut and run it a few times before installing by using full body weight against hard floor with rag over end so it doesn’t dig into your hand. My first strut jammed as I didn’t to this and caused a weld to break. The second chair I built I greased the strut and had no problems. The trader replaced the strut and seat with broken weld with no issues . So I recommend you buy from this trader, their customer service is fantastic and I had replacement parts in a few days.

Very hard to put together, even with a capable hubby. Very hard to get the chair to recline. Didn't realise the footrest is connected to back 9f chair. So to have the footrest up the back reclines so far back that you cannot relax and read a book without looking at the sky.The quality is good for the price, but if my hubby hadn't spent so much time putting the first one together I may have thought about returning them.😕

Price was good. Assembly is easy and the delivery was extremely fast. However, the plastic is very soft, not tough at all. The mechanism to lower the chair is good but when you try to get the chair to extend again, that is very difficult. It is also very short. I am only 164cm tall and half of my legs sit off the end of the chair. Not recommend for anyone tall. My chair did arrive with a small cut on the back and 2 washers missing from the assembly kit.

Love my new chairs. Very comfortable and stylish. Perfect for relaxing and reading. The first one I put together myself, it was a long laborious job, the instructions could have been a little clearer; the second one was a breeze. However, all worth the effort, I am so happy. Super efficient communication and deliver from T & W.

Wow, never had such difficulty putting together these chairs. Can't even attach that gas pump thing, but I shouldn't bother because it doesn't stay seated up, it's stuck on the recline setting, so now I'm just keeping them resting against the posts. Also those instructions were difficult. The images weren't clear, and the bolts and screws weren't even labeled so I had to figure out which one was which by guessing. If you spend so much on the product, they should offer a service that sets it up.They do look nice, and hopefully they'll last a while (hope so after spending so much on them). I'm just hoping it was worth the 5 hours of stress trying to set it up.

Arrived promptly. Hubby and his brother put together. Crappy misspelt instructions - hubby is design draftsman and knows how plans should be. Finished product seems good so far. Putting out of weather when not using. Hope we get lots of years out of

The instructions were quite difficult to follow for our son who is no dill & it all looked okay, eventually; except that to put the seat back was very difficult. My husband sat in for a couple of days; but the part that moves the recliner has become detached.

The chairs require assembly, but the instructions are diagram only with no written instructions and are so difficult to work out what goes where. We've been trying for two days and still can't figure it out.The chairs will obviously be very comfortable and attractive, but assembly is difficult for people our age.
