Good product but slightly deceived by the picture against the actual size. Quoting 800ml is not really sufficient detail...it needs internal and or external length, width, height. I took a chance but after delivery i should have gone for the 1000ml boxes.Obvious improvement to the website would be to clearly show full dimensions.

I love Lock and Lock food storage containers to keep my foods fresh and bug-free - I don't trust any other brand to store my dry foods compactly so I can bin the factory packaging that takes up so much room in the store cupboard. This container is perfection-plus for keeping my iodised salt dry for use in recipes or refill shakers easily thanks to the clip-grip lid being the same length and width of the container. It holds up to 4x400g tubs of iodised salt plus a mini scoop and funnel for refilling shakers.
Lock & Lock sealed food container bought to replace one of the same. After 10 years of use and going in the dishwasher, it had worn out, so it was great to find exactly the same one, still being manufactured! The seal works well, and can be removed for cleaning, the clips keep the container lid on tight. Recommended for long life and reliability, and available for a good price too.
It is a shallow container perfect to fit in the hand bags.. looks like a book, the only comment is it's a bit pricey for a container.. but it seemed I had no choice! overally happy
