Loft Stunning Wool Grey Rug 165 x 115cm

Very disappointed with the quality of this rug. Lots of wool threads coming loose and fraying from day 1. Had to sell the rug because it really let down the living area space.

This rug looks great and suits our space perfectly. It’s simple yet stylish. The only downside is that it was a little dirty around the edges and had a couple of stains when delivered. A little disappointed since I paid so much for it.

Brooklyn Grey Wool RugI recently purchased a new rug for my living room floor, complemented with a new lounge suite and I am so happy with the way it looks and the sizing. Absolutely gorgeous rug, am very happy with it. Shipping was reliable and on time, simple style co have done an awesome job

A little disappointing

Upon first glance, the rug is stunning.However, most days, we need to lay a blanket over the top of it to protect it as it doesn’t handle high traffic areas well. Tufts of pulled wool are starting to appear, which is giving it a ‘fuzzy’ look in some areas. For my eyes, this is hard to look at, for others, maybe not.The longer edge that is on show {the other is under the lounge} is also not straight. I’m not sure if this is the nature of the rug, or a cutting error, but it is another feature that I am struggling with.I would never normally be this honest, but we paid over $500 for the rug and I shopped around for approximately 4-5 months before I settled on his particular one, so it’s hard to hide my disappointment.

Best Purchase!

Love this rug. The colour and texture of it have lightened up our space so much, it now feels airy and beachy! This works fabulously on our grey tiles but I can imagine it looking beautiful on floorboards as well. The texture of it also make it relatively low maintenance - the dog will definitely loosen some of the loops over time but it's all part of the relaxed style.

Fantastic service & product

Ordered a rug online and was blown away by the service. A very friendly phone call later and I was at ease about being wary of buying without seeing as well as how long delivery would take, especially since Covid. I was kept in the loop via a lovely personal email, the like of which I’ve never received from an online seller, and my rug arrived within a couple of days. The rug is fantastic and looks nicer and is better quality than I’d anticipated. I bought a non-slip mat to go underneath as recommended and that has made the rug easier to vacuum and given more of a plush feel. Very happy and would definitely buy from Sydney Rugs Online again

Great rug, well made

Love this rug - it's well made, came well packaged and fits my space perfectly. It's soft enough that it's comfortable to the touch, but rigid enough that it seems durable. Some loose threads/wool pieces but they were easily cut/fixed. The green's a great way to add some colour to the space without it being overwhelming :)Excellent customer service by Rugtastic as well, it made the process of purchasing a rug easy as they responded quickly and were able to accommodate to my delivery requests.

Looks and feels great

Beautiful rug that looks and feels great. Instantly elevated the overall look of our living room. I looked around a lot before purchasing it and am very pleased with it. Excellent price and good quality.

Perfect for cold floors

Our apartment had hard floors put throughout and it's incredibly cold in winter. This rug has been perfect under the bed, we got the 2.9m and it has been fantastic for mornings. No more frosty toes when getting socks and slippers on. The colour is lovely, adding lovely light to the room. I definitely recommend a thorough (but gentle) vac on both sides before putting it in place. And if you have it on hard floors, plan for a liner or similar. It is the same top and under so there's no traction.
