I previously had the logitech artemis g933. These are wireless headphones that are now prev. gen to the 935's. I bought these new Pro x headphones thinking they would be on par or a step up from my last ones for the premium paid. Not only do they have less features (I wanted clean and simple), but the sound from them is somewhat disappointing in comparison. I want to be fair and say the headphones feel like they are constructed from quality material, and they do produce good sound, though for gaming headphones that is more than 5 years advanced in technology since my last logitech branded pair, they sound worse than what I had previously. A few challenges are that when I enable the blue voice technology, my clan/guild mates in discord can't hear me very well even with the mic output raised. This means that one of the flagship advertised selling features for this device isn't worthwhile using at all. I've once had to restart my computer completely because the wireless receiver has been undetectable in my computer and this should never happen. I've had to restart multiple times for a different issue; being that the volume wheel on the headset won't adjust my volume. No matter what default devices I switch to or restarting the headset won't fix the problem. My main issue with this headset is that the sidetone feature distorts/clips quite easily and hurts my ears. This leaves me confused because my previous Logitech headphones gave me no issues at all, except the headset is about 8 years old and is starting to fail which is why I've had to replace it. I'm going to continue to play with the EQ setup to see if I can fix my sound issues, though for an out of the box experience, I am left feeling a bit ripped off and very unhappy with this product through no fault of PBTECH, but will see if they can credit me if these issues persist.

I love this headset so much! The sound quality is fantastic. I normally use this headset for gaming, so the 360 surround sound is important. Sometimes, I will just listen to music or watch videos and the audio still sounds perfect. The mic is great and once you go into the Logitech pc app, you can customize the mic. Now I can munch on chips while in a call without muting, and no one can hear it! The mic literally won’t pick up anything but you. Another plus is the Bluetooth range. I will be in a discord call and walk all the way downstairs to the back door to let my dog out, the headset is still connected! The battery life is also good and they charge fast. You will get multiple notifications on your pc about the battery dying. So it won’t just randomly die on you ... MoreI love this headset so much! The sound quality is fantastic. I bought this particular headset a couple months ago. Coming from Logitech G635, I felt it was time to move on to my first wireless headset, and this did not disappoint. My main genre of games are fps. So naturally, a good headset with good surround sound is to my advantage. I can hear enemies clearly and from which direction they’re coming from. Even the faintest of sound. Able to be adjusted by the software, I can tweak it to my taste even further. Among all the chaos of gaming and explosions, I can also hear my friends very well. They can also hear me clearly with the mic thats included with the headset. The one time I changed headphone’s temporarily since I was away and it was noticeable by friends how much less quality the mic was compared to the PRO X Wireless ... MoreI bought this particular headset a couple months ago. I own the Logitech G Pro wired version of this headset and bought the wireless set for a friend. The G Pro series have a really solid design and very good audio quality. The headphones have a very similar audio profile to my Logitech Ultimate Ears headphones, both of which feature 50mm drivers. The big deal with the headset is the microphone quality. They use a Blue microphone and have a software audio mixer called Blue Voice that lets you set the tone of your voice, so you can get the best sound for yourself. Out of all the headsets I've used and had to listen to on Discord, this has been by far the best sounding. They sound less like a headset mic and more like having a lavalier mic, albeit a bit closer. I found that if you have the mic a few inches away, it sounds best. The battery life has been solid and the wireless range is almost too good - we've had to endure someone not muting their mic when they go AFK. Definitely worth picking up if you want a wireless headset. If you want wired, the Logitech G Pro X is the equivalent.
Overall, not a bad set but not worth the price. Clear sound and friends tell me that my voice comes through clearly. I knocked off a few stars because of the microphone and software. Microphone: While it picks up clear, it is not very sturdy and does not retain it's position. I am constantly having to readjust it because it is so flimsy. Logitech dropped the ball on this. I have no idea why they would skimp on such an important component of this headset. Software: I have never had an issue with G Hub and am using it for my keyboard, mouse and external speakers. However, ever since I added this headset to it, I get constant, though quick, drops. For some reason, it does not maintain a steady sound/connection. Not sure if this is because of the headset, microphone ... MoreOverall, not a bad set but not worth the price. Clear sound and friends tell me that my voice comes through clearly. Not sure if this is because of the headset, microphone and/or software combo but should not be an issue with something that has this price tag! As I said, they do sound nice when they work consistantly but are definately not worth the price.
The audio quality on this headset is very good. Can hear everything clearly and music sounds great. The microphone is decent, not anything impressive, just decent and gets the job done. The physical and actual build quality however is poor. I purchased this late 2020 and only a few months into 2021 the right connecter broke and I had to use tape to get it stuck together. On the actual speaker itself, there's 2 more connectors and one of them literally crumbled and deteriorated on itself like a pebble being crushed. Now just yesterday the connecter on the left side of the headset also came apart and I had to tape it again like the right side. While overall the headset sounds good with decent battery life, the build quality is just awful. And the damage came after ... MoreThe audio quality on this headset is very good. For $200 the build quality is mediocre.
For the price these things were you should be able to use them with anything you want. However, with a type "C" or android cable to usb "A" adapter, you can connect the dongle to these to your phone and listen to music that way. I feel they should have made them to be bluetooth wireless and for the price be able to use them while charging them as well. These don't do this. If you want to use them with anything else, make sure you have a usb that the dongle will work in or your beat to use them. These do sound really good and if you use an EQ to make some adjustments they can sound even better. I have no issues so far with the mic. Sounds clear and crisp at least on my set. I have these paired up with the rest of the logitech lightspeed equipment, 915 RGB wireless keyboard as well as the wireless lightspeed G502 mouse and mouse pad which brings me to another issue I found. All these pieces of stuff come with dongles, they are all the same company and are suppose to link to one another through the software. If this is the case, You should be able to use noting more then just the mouse pads wireless connection for anything lightspeed wireless you have connected so your not wasting 3 usb ports for the product instead of just one dongle and one usb port. I had to buy a hub because my laptop only has 3 usb ports and 1 usb c port the usb adapter I had to buy to connect everything because you can't use just 1 dongle for the keyboard, mouse and headset to work. They all use a proprietary dongle for each thing and it sucks for the money you have to spend for all this which at the time for me was well over $850 for everything. For that kind of money for plastic and chipsets to make it work just to type and listen to music or play games with them is way over priced for what you get. Nice things, all of them yes, but WAY OVER PRICED BY A LOT in my opinion. I do love the setup either way now that I spent all that cash for this stuff. And it all goes well together a side from the issue with having to use 3 dongles for 3 different pieces of equipment that all sync together but yet none of their respective dongles will pair to anything but the part it came with instead of being universal. I know they have dongles that are universal, but I'm yet to find one that can be used to connect all three components using just a single dongle then you could put the others away in case you want to use them later or the dongle breaks or whatever. Can't do that here don't work like I stated. ALL AND ALL, I love the setup, everything does work great together despite having to use 3 dongles for it all instead of just 1 for everything matching.

The headset itself is weighty but robust; metallic rather than plastic frame provides durability and luxury. So just be careful not to scratch worksurfaces - hence the carry pouch. The headband is covered in supple leather banding so it is comfy over the top of your head, and around glasses etc. The circumference of the headset is fully adjustable but doesn't slide away from where you set it, and it comfortably accommodates an adult or child's head. The mic is flexible yet stays in position when set, and has a foam outer to eliminate pickup from unwanted directions. For video calls the headset is excellent; crisp sound quality of delivery from the audio source, without lag, and the volume can be adjusted physically on the headphone body itself by an analogue wheel, or directly muted by a button. The headset is plug and play with no installation or software update required. It is important to note that this is a headset for PC only it seems; it is not compatible with Xbox, a smart TV, or a Bluetooth digital entertainment system when tried to couple with the antenna.
Absolutely great pair of gaming headphones. I returned a pair of Steel Series Nova that were $249.99 for this pair from Logitech. Love how comfortable these headphones are in comparison. After reading some reviews I was concerned that the physical quality would be bad. Once I had them at home and was using them, I realized that they must have mistreated them or something. They feel great in my hand an on my head an seem like they will last. Not a fan of the dongle that you need to plug into the USB as it seems a bit larger than it needs to be, other than that they look great and exceed expectations. I really wish these had swiveling earmuffs. This didn’t bother me but I can feel different pressure on every side of my ear is different. For my size and shape head the comfort is really good at a 4-star. The ear cups are also very comfortable and soft both leather and microfiber. The sound is good for games and not bad for music sounding but a bit flat. The headband and clamping pressure for my head but from what I can feel the clamping force stays the same for a wide range of sizes. The buttons and volume wheel are amazing and always work instantly and accurately. That and no audio lag is amazing just as you would expect from their mics. But I am ok with that given the zero latency. Really the best part is the removal and toggle-able mic. My friend loves how clear the audio from me sounded and the fact I can quickly mute myself and make sure my mic is off by just unplugging it is great. At 220 the value is good only if it fits your head good like me and you won’t primarily use these for music, but really good at 180, aclause flawes become more forgivable
