I will say I enjoyed using these. these are really good in terms of sound quality, and Logitech really had something special with these. TO dive a bit deeper I will start with the good that these headphones have to offer. I will say that these are tuned perfectly, if you are a bass head because there is plenty, and with the help of Logitech G hub you can definently find the perfect balance that suits your needs. Additionally, I will say this headset uses Logitech algorithm for surround sound and is by far the best and most natural sounding when using it. it does not sound digital and there is no distortion is the audio. These are gread for gaming and even better for casual listening to music as well. The mic is pretty good as well. These are gread for gaming and even better for casual listening to music as well. The mic is pretty good as well. Overall Logitech did the good really well and for 40mm drivers this deliver really good sound and detail. Now for the bad, these headphones are very unstable the 40mm drivers are a double edge sword for these headsets. Although they do sound good the drivers cant actually handle the bass response that these headphones produce and if you crank the low end in the software there is major distortion and a weird high pitch digital crack when the low frequencies are engaged. So if you do like bass you will have to keep the overall gain for low frequencies fairly low for these to be usable. Additionally the only other negative is comfort, these are absoultely the most uncomfortable headphone that I have ever used. I always have to keepo adjusting and although the ear cups are quite large for some reason they still cause me a ton opf ear fatigue and I can only use them for about 5-10 minutes at a time before I have to switch them out. Also, when trying to use the wirless dongle on playstation you can barely hear a thing, with system volume all the way up and the headset volume all the way up you still cannot hear. I find my self using an aux cord(which logitech DOES NOT include in the box) when using this headset with my PS5. I am not sure if this occurs on xbox, but it shocks me that this was not quality tested by logitech. Nevertheless, I dont think I would recomend these I would say go for the g pro x 2 because those are more refined with 50mm graphine drivers and an overall better design geared towards comfort. I do believe that logitech was relly close with these but there are a few things that just didnt get tested enough that holds these back.

The audio range, quality, and volume ranges were great. The headset is light while having a ton of adjustability to make the fit more comfortable and secure without being pinchy. The battery life is sufficient for a wireless all-day stream (and an all-nighter if you have the LEDs off).In terms of visual appeal, these definitely fit the bill for a fun look while streaming (the exterior LEDs have a soft glow without being overly bright or intrusive - they give a visual indicator of the button you push as well and can be customized - theoretically - through the Logitech G HUB Gaming Software). For streamers, one of the cooler aspects of the Aurora series is that you can customize the look with add-on accessories (the keyboard and mouse can match the aesthetic and they even sell matching Blue Yeti mics). If you do any sort of wide shots of your desk/setup, the whole Aurora set is certainly eye-catching.Here's why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5: on two separate devices, no matter what I did, I could not get the Logitech G HUB Gaming Software to recognize that I'd connected the headset, which meant the Blue Vo!ce filters and the RGB customizations mentioned all over the box are inaccessible... and I couldn't figure out an alternate way to gain access to those customizations. This is a major issue for plug-and-play streamers who want a no-fuss setup (and realistically: your gaming rig has it's own gaming software, plus Steam, plus Discord, plus OBS, plus... ) and so you end up needing yet. another. piece. of. software. to do something which should just be integrated as a plug-in to any one of those existing software setups instead. All in all: if you want a good looking gaming headset that can coordinate your entire rig's color scheme and have the time to fuss with the software, the Logitech G735 is a great choice.

Firstly, you can customize the color scheme of the headset through the app to any color you prefer. Secondly, you can set a timer for the lights to turn off, and if you prefer, you can also turn them off completely by double-clicking the power button. The sidetone option is helpful when you need to be aware of your surroundings while keeping the headset on, and you can adjust the noise-cancellation level from 0% to 100% depending on your preference. This feature is extremely helpful if you want to block out distractions and concentrate on what you're listening to. It's similar to the noise-cancelling feature found on AirPods, but you have the ability to adjust the level of noise you want to hear. It's fantastic! Finally, you can manually adjust the volume between two devices to ensure that one device's sound does not overpower the other. In terms of comfort and functionality, I've been using these headphones for the past month and find them to be very comfortable. The ability to use two devices at the same time is a feature that I love and it works perfectly without any issues. Additionally, I recommend using the USB dongle instead of Bluetooth if you want to use the microphone and achieve optimal sound quality.Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I use these headphones frequently for work, and the microphone quality has greatly improved over my previous headset, especially after adjusting the settings on the app.I have experienced no issues using this on both my Mac Studio and iPhone simultaneously. However, the G Hub App is the key.

Extremely disappointed with these.Looks: 10/10:These are easily the best looking headset on the market. They don't look super "gamer-y".Performance: 1/10This is the mort important of them all and is weighted far heavier. They fall extremely short. I even RMA'd a pair and the replacement is just as bad.Random SUPER loud popping (like to the point it actually hurts your ears) like something is shorting out on the inside. It randomly disconnects my stand alone mic somehow.Worst of all, it stays losing audio connection entirely sporadically.Comfort: 8/10These are also super comfortable. They are a little tight if you have a normal sized head (in fairness they say they are for smaller heads) and the earcups are a bit shallow which causes your ears to get hot ... MoreExtremely disappointed with these.Looks: 10/10:These are easily the best looking headset on the market. These Logitech 735 headphones are incredible. They have such incredibly powerful drivers for gaming-oriented headphones that I could not help but exclaim out loud a couple times when I was first trying these out. As happy as I am with these for gaming with games like Hunt Showdown that are dependent on excellent sound for position and movement, I am actually thrilled to finally own a headset that crushes music and other media as well.Between the highly adjustable EQ settings, available surround sound and Dolby Atmos certification, you can enjoy music and videos with Dolby Atmos settings with this headset! I am actually amazed with the clarity and depth of the bass notes and the power these drivers deliver on surround sound mode when changed in the Logitech PC software. I am also impressed that I can use these via Bluetooth with my phone at the same time and have a phone call or music coming in from the phone while gaming. There are buttons on the headset to allow you to adjust the audio volume mix between your different sources.I want to encourage someone and say that with the long battery life with the RGB turned off (56 hours per the website), I would be unafraid to make these my primary headphones for music and entertainment while on the go with my phone. The microphone boom of course would be an impediment to using this daily as a regular set of headphones if you use your headphones for phone calls regularly. For just standard music and multimedia use, this is one of the first gaming headsets I have used that I would consider for everyday non-gaming uses! The versatility of this headset further encourages this as I am finding that it works great with 3.5mm axillary cable connection, the Bluetooth connection, and the wireless 2.4ghz dongle connection as well. The headset is extremely well built and feels and looks like a premium headset. The materials are all high quality, and the headset is incredibly well featured without being heavy. I enjoy all of the soft-touch materials and the ear cups feel great and seem well ventilated, so your ears stay cool. The buttons all articulate well and, as usual, Logitech’s button assignment is intuitive and easy to use. Another benefit of this headset is that I and other reviewers have noted that this headset feels really comfortable for glasses wearers and seems to be built with us in mind! It is always disappointing as a glasses-wearer to get a headset only for them not to fit around your glasses, but that is not the case here!Altogether, I am extremely pleased with this gaming headset. This is going to be my new daily driver gaming headset for sure for my PC gaming and dual use with my phone when needed!

However, it has a girl tax on it and they copped out on the mic and older Bluetooth version. For the price, the mic quality doesn't match the rest of the components. Logitech can charge so much for this headset because there aren't any lightweight wireless gaming headsets for smaller people. I'm looking for a wireless rf headset with Bluetooth for both work (Mac) and gaming (PC, console, mobile) that won't pick up background noise from family members or coworkers. The G735 check off everything except the mic. I hope Logitech, Razer, or literally any other hardware company makes more headsets that fit comfortably on smaller heads. I'll be waiting for a better headset that does everything I want.Meanwhile, I'll keep testing these and the Razer before I decide which one will do the job for now.
I've had this for a couple weeks now and been simmering on it before writing a review. Some nice things about these headphones: - They are pretty. - They are very lightweight. - The sound can be great with EQ setting adjustment. - Ditto for the microphone. And that's where it ends. THIS IS NOT A GAMING HEADSET. They are NOT compatible with ANY gaming consoles. None. Zilch. Nada. Shouldn't even be marketed as a "Gaming Headset', honestly, an utter joke. Just because it has RGB lights on it? Slap some RGBs onto anything and call it a gaming product with the price jump to match. When I see "Gaming Headset", I expect to be able to use it with a gaming console. Literally any gaming console. Even just one. Not just PC. Don't you? When I see "Gaming Headset", I expect to be able to use it with a gaming console. Literally any gaming console. Even just one. Not just PC. Don't you? Only in the fine print does it say the product is just for PC. Not even outright saying it's not console-compatible. I even looked at the product's page on the Logitech website a few times - they really don't make it plain and clear that these have zero console compatibility. For "gaming headphones". I tried to just shrug it off, it's not that big of a deal, right? Went and bought an AUX cord just for this, to plug it into my PS5 controller - since, y'know, there isn't one included with the product. Imagine how I felt when I plugged them in with the AUX, just to find that they do not work when the headphones are powered on. Only when the headphones are switched OFF does any sound come through via AUX connection. Oh - which does mean that it has none of the pretty lights. And also it means any EQ adjustments you may have synced it on GHUB - also not going to work when on AUX. So can't enjoy the full effects of the headphone's supposed ~premium~ capabilities while using an AUX connection, even just to listen to music on my iPhone 12 - OH did I mention it's not wirelessly compatible with iPhone 12s either :)))) As lightweight as these are - and yes the earcups are very soft - I still got a headache from wearing them for less than an hour. Just not worth the money.
If you check out the marketing materials for Logitech's Aurora collection--this headset in particular--you'll see several images of young women who look to be in their teens/early twenties with talk of fitment for "smaller head sizes" & LOADS of pastel colors, heart-shaped carrying cases, & an accessory cable with a cute little cloud charm clip. It's not too big a stretch to assume Logitech is angling to attract new/younger & presumably female gamers to its lineup--or at least appeal to those who are hungry for a headset that offers something different than an overtly masculine or "gamery" form-factor & colorway. It's not too big a stretch to assume Logitech is angling to attract new/younger & presumably female gamers to its lineup--or at least appeal to those who are hungry for a headset that offers something different than an overtly masculine or "gamery" form-factor & colorway. But don't let any of that put you off into thinking this headset cut some corners/features so it could be marketed as something dainty or "just for girls"...the G735 turned out to be a seriously outstanding gaming headset with an awful lot to offer the serious gamer that starts to justify its somewhat more serious price tag.Let's start with build-quality. The G735 feels supremely well-made; you can twist & bend the headband & earcups without any hint of chintzy plastic cracks & creaks. Earcup sizing is accomplished via infinitely variable friction stops along chromed metal support rods...sizing action is smooth but reassuringly tight, so you won't lose headband sizing even if you toss your headset onto the couch when you're done. The earcups tilt vertically about 5-10 degrees in each direction; they also pivot slightly forward & a full 90 degrees back to lay perfectly flat allowing for a tremendous range of fitment options & easy packing into a bag or drawer. Although marketed for people with "smaller head sizes," I found the earcups generously sized with an inverted trapezoidal shape that was wide enough to accommodate a completely over-the-ear fit front-to-back; but they were just a hair short vertically so the bottom of the earpad rested on the very bottom of my earlobe. Again, with such pillow-soft (and glasses-friendly!) padding I was hard-pressed to even notice or care, but those of you with slightly smaller ears will likely enjoy a completely over-the-ears fit.The underside of the headband & the earpads feature what is perhaps the most pillow-soft & sumptuously comfortable padding I have ever felt across the more than three dozen gaming headsets I've auditioned & kept over the years--and at only 278 grams (with the mic), it is no joke to say that you can wear these guys for HOURS & not even notice them on your head. The headband in particular seems to offer a combination of padding & air suspension across virtually its entire length which helps distribute what little weight there is across a much larger portion of your head. Inward clamp was enough to keep the headset secure but not tight on my head--the end result is frankly one of the most comfortable headsets I've ever used. Note that the white coating on the headband & earpads feels like a pleather/nonporous material so time will tell how well is holds up before cracking & flaking, & those of you particularly sensitive to heat buildup may notice your ears getting hot over the long-haul.The package includes a color-matched USB Lightspeed wireless soundcard dongle & a white rubberized USB-A extension cable that includes both a USB-C connector to charge the headset as well as a color-matched USB-C to USB-A adapter to convert the charging cable into an extension cable for the dongle itself. A removable 4.5” cardioid boom mic is also included with a one-way cutout jack to prevent improper insertion into the left earcup. Although the boom itself is supremely flexible vertically & laterally, it is not entirely positionable & offers only modest memory retention for minor bends/placement that S-L-O-W-L-Y straightens back out over time; those of you who like to position your mics just so relative to your mouth might be slightly frustrated. The G735 offers a 3.5mm AUX jack for unpowered operation from analog sources (NICE!), but there was no cable (color-matched or otherwise) included in the package which seems a bit of an oversight given the headset's vibe & asking price. Sadly, there is also no storage bag or case included which is real a shame because the headset itself is pretty handsome & stylish in its unspoiled state. As for features & controls, the soundcard dongle maxes out at 16bit/48KHz resolution which is about DVD sound quality--it's very good & completely on par with most other wireless headsets, but the Bluetooth connection offers slightly better performance with up to 24bit/48KHz resolution. Sadly, there are no playback controls when connected to a Bluetooth device. On the right earcup is a button for switching between BT, Lightspeed wireless, & the AUX 3.5mm signal, as well as a dual-sided rocker switch to mix audio levels of two active signals. While an on-ear chat/audio mixer might be more useful to some, I admit that it was pretty cool to have a live BT phone call mixed in with game audio when our in-game VoIP client wasn't working, but the rocker will not mix an analog AUX signal with Lightspeed wireless, only BT wireless--weird.On the left earcup are the power switch, volume dial, & mic mute buttons. A double press of the power button turns off/on onboard RGB. The volume dial has no min/max stops but there is an in-ear tone when you’ve reached max volume of the headset. The mic mute button makes a series of rising & falling tones depending on whether the mic is live or muted, but sadly there is no visible indication of mic status (like an LED at the end of the mic boom). Speaking of tones, various sets of tones, chirps, bass swoops, etc., are how the G735 communicates status indicators (power, connection success, BT pairing, etc.) to the user—it’s a bit more convoluted than clearly spoken audio prompts as relatively few of these status indicators are self-evident, but it works well enough once you know what to listen for. Finally, each earcup features two independent zones of RGB lighting controllable through the Logitech G Hub client with a variety of effects, patterns, & color combinations at your disposal—turning RGB off (which you can do at the earcup) gives you at least 3x the battery life which is already pretty substantial at about 14-16 hours per charge. The translucent light channels around the perimeter of the earcups provide a slightly “muted” RGB effect that comes off as…classier (if that’s possible???)…than some other everywhere/over-the-top RGB that frankly does more for the people around you than for the gamer anyway.Speaking of G Hub, that’s also where you adjust the multitude of sound & mic settings as well as the power-off timer, monitor battery levels, apply firmware updates, etc. The G735’s mic performance is actually quite good, especially for a wireless headset, & the truly dizzying array of Blue VO!CE & NVIDIA Broadcast adjustments, customizations, effects, & noise reduction options that are possible in G Hub can get you pretty close to the performance of a separate, high-quality dedicated broadcast mic. You can also adjust sidetone, volume levels, & select any of several audio presets or create your own using the 5-band, +/-12db EQ to create your own audio profile. The headset works with Windows Sonic/Dolby Atoms but also includes DTS Headphone:X 2.0 via G Hub. Virtual sound source localization is pretty good but personally I find an Atmos soundfield slightly more active & enveloping, especially in the vertical dimension; but the included DTS capability is a good alternative if you don’t want to pay for another Windows app for virtual surround. Finally, we get to sound quality--bottom line; it’s pretty great, & the additional tunability via EQ can dial it in even better. Performance is already “gamer-focused” out of the box with pleasant mids & a bassline that offers visceral oomph & a hefty gut punch when you might want it--though maybe there’s just a tad of bass bloom that can overpower the mids without some gentle EQ (that should please the bass-heads out there); but explosions, frantic game soundtracks, & movies come off bombastic & exciting. Highs are clear & pleasant but not sparkly; they serve vocals & delicate strings very well, but this is not an “analytical” headset for critical listening--it’s designed to be “fun” and it comes off exactly as such.Other than the issues I’ve already noted, the only other real drawback I can see is the materials covering the pillow-soft padding. The white coating has a long grain like fine leather that will easy capture & trap oils, dirt, & makeup. Logitech warns that any makeup smears (and I assume other dirt/stains) need to be cleaned immediately with makeup remover or 70%+ isopropyl alcohol. Given how striking the stark white finish is out of the box, I wonder just how long it will be before the slightest dirt, grease, or oils might make for an ugly patina that only gets darker/dingier as time wears on. Still, it’s a white headset so you kind of know that going in; but I can’t help but wish for something with a similar design from Logitech with a slightly more forgiving colorway. Still, all things considered, this was a surprisingly excellent-performing headset that is DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED whether you thought you were in the market for a white headset or not!
I keep getting different headsets in my attempt to find the perfect one and I couldn’t help but jump on this Logitech G735 purely based on its looks and Logitech’s pedigree of making great headsets. I will provide my overall thoughts first in case you don’t feel like scrolling through the whole review, so here we go!Overall Impressions:This is a beautiful and good-performing headset. Logitech is pushing this as an inclusive headset that’s meant for gamers with smaller heads, piercings, and/or glasses. The long and short of it is that this headset is basically for anyone that wants a premium gaming experience and likes the color white with RGB lighting. With all that said, if the appearance of the headset doesn’t grab you, then there is stiff competition in this ... MoreI keep getting different headsets in my attempt to find the perfect one and I couldn’t help but jump on this Logitech G735 purely based on its looks and Logitech’s pedigree of making great headsets. Logitech is pushing this as an inclusive headset that’s meant for gamers with smaller heads, piercings, and/or glasses. The long and short of it is that this headset is basically for anyone that wants a premium gaming experience and likes the color white with RGB lighting. With all that said, if the appearance of the headset doesn’t grab you, then there is stiff competition in this price range that may suit you better and save you some money.Appearance:This is a beautiful headset. From its round and smooth design to its removable microphone and RGB lighting options, this headset is an absolute stunner. You’ll be getting compliments on this headset when you wear it and I’d argue that it would feel at home in an office setting or a subway.Build Quality:This headset is very light and cushiony but also feels very solid and robust. The removable mic feels very solid and the headband feels as if it could take a few falls without any issues. The hinges are tight and solid as well.Comfort:Both the headband and earcups are wrapped in leather and feel very good against your head, be it a big or small one. I have a large head and had no issues with the headset fitting my large dome, but my wife also felt it was very comfortable and her head is on the small side. I believe most users will find the G735 Aurora very comfortable with a mild clamping force and plush feel.Sound/Microphone:With its 40MM drivers and ability to use Dolby Atmos or Windows Sonic surround sound, the G735 Aurora sounds fantastic. I had no issues with lag using the lightspeed adapter on my PC and Bluetooth audio paired with my iPhone sounded great as well. Music sounded great with a good balance of highs and mids. Bass was a little more pronounced than reference headphones, but not so much so that most people would notice.Gaming performance was also excellent, with good sound separation, and enabling Dolby Atmos makes this headset shine. Playing competitive shooters like Call of Duty was a pleasure to my ears and I found nothing to complain about. Gunshots rang out clearly and player footsteps were easily audible, but not overbearing.Microphone performance was good, but not great. My test recordings lacked a bit of bass, but overall were clear and did not sound overly tinny. You won’t get any complaints in party chats with your buddies, but I wouldn’t use the headset for professional podcasts or in situations where you’re looking to impress anyone.Connectivity/Ease of Use:I’ll say it again, but for a headset at this price range I still believe we should be receiving a power adapter for charging, but aside from that, the G735 was easy to use and connect to both my PC and my phone. PC connectivity is a matter of plugging in the USB lightspeed dongle and turning on the headset. If you’d like to adjust specific sound settings or lighting then you’ll need to download the Logitech software to do so. I already have several Logitech devices so G-Hub detected the unit and I was able to adjust settings like the colors of the lighting to my liking quickly and easily.Pairing the headset to my phone was even easier and allows you to simultaneously listen to your phone and PC gaming. This is great when you’re grinding out some quests and just want to listen to some tunes or maybe an audiobook. Also if you’re taking phone calls it works great as well.
good lord I don’t think i’ve felt a more comfortable ear pads foam on a gaming headset, Logitech knocked it out with G735 from their Aurora collection. I would literally just sit here and play with the foam and impressively myself how nice they are, quality of G735 is fantastic. going online I did see that you can also change the color of your ear pads if you would like more of customization. the best part about this headset it support bluetooth so I connected the headset on my iphone 12, and it recognized it without any issue on my end.the best way I can describe this headset is like cloud with cotton candy colors, turning on the RGB will make this headset even more beautiful. both ears have 2 zone RGB that are fully customizable through logitech app, the color ... Moregood lord I don’t think i’ve felt a more comfortable ear pads foam on a gaming headset, Logitech knocked it out with G735 from their Aurora collection. I don’t think it’s real leather stitching but with lights from the RGB it looks fantastic. going through logitech app I did change the EQ of the headset to more punchier sounds, I do enjoy a great amount of bass, but they also have preset that you can try and use for G735 the microphone looks great but I do wish that it’s flexible and set it on the position you prefer but majority of time using it kinda goes back to its original form. the mic does support Blue voice filter, i highly recommend using the filter but from the app we do have options to change that. i’m not an professional audio reviewer but I am a big gamer I know what sounds great to me, and overall for the past week of using G735 this one great sounding gaming headset. just like other headset you have the controls for sounds, bluetooth, power on & off, and rgb on both side, I do wish it has an in game and chat adjustments.I kinda notice the dots on each side of the headset when you adjust, I believe that’s for disabled individuals to help them recognize which side is the right way. G735 is one attractive headset that for sure, but I think for the price of $229 might be a little steep to some people, there are other options from logitech as well, but if you want the all white candy theme this headset will be a solid by, you definitely would want to take care of this headset since it’s soft outer body design, you could easily flatten the leather like body of this headset, how do I know well mine came with some damage on both side. still $229 is expensive for a gaming headset to a lot of people, if logitech ever lower the price for this. I think it will be a major hit. overall i’m enjoying this it’s comfortable for me. the ability to be connected not just a gaming headset but for tablet and phone is amazing.
