Logitech G903 Hero Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse

This has been my go-to mouse for 2.5 years as a productivity mouse (no games). I use it primarily left-handed with the extra weights installed and it has the nicest in-hand feel of any mouse I've used. The programmable buttons have been great for GIS and 3D work as well as general document preparation and coding. That's the good. While it's no doubt had a good number of clicks, I have not used it any more or any harder than any of the other (far less expensive) mice I've used over the last 20+ years. If anything, it's probably had an easier life as I do less heads-up digitising than I used to. So, imagine my annoyance a bit shy of the 2-year mark where the main left-click button began acting-up (e.g. not prematurely releasing a click-and-drag). I gained about another 6 months of use by repositioning my finger to a different location on the button, but about a month ago the button decided it was done for that purpose. I've gained some additional life by swapping the functions of the right & left buttons, but that's slowed my production. Considering I've historically gotten 3-5 years out of <$20 OEM mice, I'm thoroughly unimpressed with the G903's longevity. I've since found out the problem is a known issue with some models of Logitech mice. If' I'd paid anything more than half-price (which is still quite dear), I'd be angry. There's a youtube video on dismantling and cleaning the contacts, I'll attempt at some point. In the meantime, I just bought a Razer Viper...Logitech doesn't get any more of my money.

Amazing Gaming mouse

I bought my logitech G903 mouse 2 months ago and it is amazing. I have been a fan of Logitech gear for over 2 years now, I upgraded from a Hyperion fury mouse because I wanted something a bit more flash with no wires and it delivers. It has absolutely no lag or stutter when playing entensive games. I have been a fan of Logitech gear because of their reliability and great quality, I have bought the Hyperion fury mouse, G560 gaming speakers, G231 prodigy headphones, G213 keyboard and most recently the G903 mouse. Basically the best wireless mouse

Mouse G903 is an amazing piece of hardware. Not without faults but the advantages definitely overshadow it disadvantages. First of all. Mouse is super very comfortable to hold and is super light, it does make it a bit difficult to adjust from previously using a G700 which was on the heavier side. I really love the fact that I can detach the two buttons on the sides if I don't or do want them. This definitely makes things a lot easier to clean and adjust to your own personal needs. The ability to charge using a logitech mouse pad combined with super low latency makes this mouse basically a perfect wireless mouse without doubts. Also just wanted to add that I do enjoy the high quality cable, extension adapter for receiver and a weight to adjust it more to your needs. On the negative side: As much as I love this mouse and I definitely would consider it the best wireless mouse I had so far I still see some issues that could be improved upon. For example. Mouse has a lot of spaces that will gather dust over the long period of usage and make it very difficult to clean. The ambidextrous design is awesome but the extra macro buttons on the other side of the mouse are hard to click if I decide to use them. The macro keys near the scrolling wheel (which is awesome by the way, love the ability to switch between fast and slow scroll) are small and makes it hard to click when needed. One thing I would want to say negative about the scroll wheel is that it's kind of hard to press, It requires a bit too much force. Small things that a mouse could be improved upon are things like add a space to store a wireless receiver(i miss it after switching from g700). Add a space for a weight in a different location. Because once I put a wireless charging pot in I can't adjust the weight of the mouse. Last thing it could be improved on is the RGB, I don't really think there is enough on the mouse. It's not really that important but rgb is fun why not add more on the sides or next to a scroll wheel. Overall: love the mouse. The best wireless mouse out there. HERO sensor, wireless charging and basically 0 latency is what makes the mouse shine the most including the really important for me g-keys for macros. With small improvements I don't there could be any competition.

Best "productivity" mouse for a lefty

Very few options if you are a lefty and looking for a mouse with thumb buttons. Tried out razer, corsair and other logitech ones in the store before deciding on this. The infinite scrolling and insanely smooth movement blew me away. To hit the thumb buttons, position the joint right where the buttons meet and then use the back of your thumb for the back button with front button just a normal press. New trick to learn but once mastered this mouse is exactly what I wanted. Have to press the wheel a little harder for a click than some other but not a big issue. Haven't put thumb buttons on the opposite side as cant really reach them. Have to install logitech gaming software to get the win10 mouse driver. Works fine even with the charging cable connected and charges super fast. Didn't notice much difference with the 10g optional weight so I don't use it. It is a little on the long side though but it's so light and smooth that it's not a bother

Best mice i've ever used

I bought it and I've been daily driving it for about a year now, can confirm that it has absolutely no problems regarding latency, which was a point of concern before buying, the sensor is perfectly accurate as well. The mice is extremely comfortable and ergonomic to use, and the customizable buttons gives everyone options to make the mice the way you want. The 10 grams weight makes the mice a little to heavy for my liking, but is great to have it as an option, and the place where it goes makes so that it is future compatible in case you want to acquire a powerplay kit sometime soon. The usb cord, included with the mouse, which is used for charging, comes with an adaptor, which makes so that the receiver can sit in my desk for extra convenience.

Good Mouse

I recently bought this mouse to replace my G700, while it doesn't feel as nice to be held in my hand. It is still a nice mouse, I would like to be able to check my battery level being able to change the DPI and having 2 programable mouse buttons on the sides is really nice. It feels much lighter and easier to move compared to the G700. The feedback on the clicks also feels nice

Great All-Around Mouse for Gaming and Productivity

I've been searching for a mouse with low lag and a hyperscroll wheel for no-compromise gaming and productivity. I own the logitech mx anywhere 2s as well as the mx master, which have the hyperscroll wheel but are too laggy for FPS games. I also own the G305 which is low lag but too light for my taste, always falls off my keyboard tray, and doesn't have a hyperscroll wheel to scroll through long documents at work. This mouse, the g903, combines the best qualities of all those mice. In addition to the hyperscroll wheel, I also like the adjustable weight. I don't like mice that are too light, even though that is the trend in current gaming mice. This mouse is good for both gaming and productivity work.

Undetectable lag for FPS

Being a life long logitech mouse user (Logitech MX518 was my first may years ago) I was sceptical to go to a wireless mouse until the G903 came out. When I finally got my hands on it it wouldn't allow me to adjust the DPI, this was down to user error rather than the mouse I ended up reading the manual, as it used different software compared to my old mouse (Even though they are both Logitech). Once I got the software installed I was able to get the mouse to the DPI I have a preference for in my FPS games. 200 for Snipping and moving up and down depending on what's happening in the game. I'm sure this isn't an issue for anyone but if it runs out when you are playing the cable that comes with it just makes it a wired mouse till it's charged. The biggest thing I noticed is the fact that I couldn't tell the difference in latency between my old wired logitech and my new wireless logitech, completely different to the old days were if you were gaming a wireless mouse was just a massive no thank you. Logitech have really stepped up to the challenged and provided a fantastic wireless gaming mouse. My only concern about this mouse is that some people may find that it is too light but the supplied weight fixed that issue for me (Your mileage may vary of course) the RGB is a nice feature but where they have placed it it is always covered by my hand. I felt that the 16000 DPI was just unusable in nearly all situations but that again is not a problem I just capped mine at 10000 DPI and some players beyond my skill level will probably find it a lot more useful that I. Overall another spectacular mouse from Logitech and I hope this mouse lasts me as long as all their older mice.
