I was disappointed by the microphone because my 20 year-old counter-top microphone records with better quality than this microphone. Since I bought this primarily for the microphone, I am not happy. I guess I should have spent more to get better quality.

This item was purchased to assist in giving feedback to students during online learning. With it being single pin, I can switch the headphones between my computer and my mobile phone. Headphones are comfortable to wear. I wear the headphones for up to 8 hours per day comfortably. I would recommend this product to others. Aids in voice recording feedback to students whilst not being in a position to work with them face to face.
I've been buying this headset for almost four years now and use it seven days a week, each one has lasted about 10 months. I wasn't to sure about it since it wasn't Bluetooth and having to carry my phone with a cord around but after trying it on the advice of a friend I was sold o it. The headset is adjustable and goes small for those that have a small head, like mine. I like having the mute and volume button on the cord so if I need to mute a call quickly for whatever reason it can be done faster than muting on my phone. I've tried other Logitech headsets that connect to the phone like this one does but I didn't like them for one reason or another.
Bought this for WFH and taking calls and attending online meetings. Both earphone and microphone volume is inadequate. I don't know if I was expecting too much but Logitech is usually A1 quality. Missed the mark with this product. Returned almost immediately.
I have been looking for 3.5 mm headphones that have an inline mute button for a long time. I needed them to be on-ear, both ears. A very tough order to fill. I finally found these Logitech H151 at Walmart. They were delivered very quckly. I wasn't sure about the square shape of the ear pads, but I have worn them on several long conference calls and found them to be very comfortable. I teach online and my students say that the sound quality is wonderful. This headset is a bargain.
I was a bit apprehensive by the fact that this was a clearance item with a no return policy. When I plugged it into my computer I was amazed. The sound was very good. But, the best was yet to come. The cord was longer than any headset I had used in the past, which meant that I could sit comfortably away from the computer to listen to my music. But best yet... Cortana responded to my commands without hesitation. There was no sitting there repeating words to teach her to recognize my voice.Best yet, the microphone was rigid, not flexible, which I thought would be a problem since I couldn't bend it closer to my mouth.
