I can't say enough about these. The audio is excellent, and because they are corded, our office has never had a connection problem. We got a few at the start of remote work during the pandemic and have since purchased them for every member of the office staff for primary or backup use. Get these if you're looking for a reliable corded headset at a reasonable price.

I have been using Logi H390 headset for YEARS!! The first set I had was given to me by a friend, and when they started having issues (about 4 years of use total) I then purchased another pair. Well, it's been about 5 years or longer and I'm in the market for another pair. I'm SO EXCITED to see the white and rose colors!! I cannot wait to get my new set. Now all I need is one of those awesome stands to hang them on like they have on the video!!

This flimsy headset breaks quite easily during regular use. When lifting it over your head, you will likely snap the arm of the headset. You cannot fix this. If you don't break it, the headset good quality audio through the headphones and the microphone. The ear cups are somewhat stiff and can become sore with extended wear.

We have a quite a few of these headsets the company I work for. I work in IT and we haven't had any complaints. The plug-and-play works flawless on every machine I've tried (All Windows 10/11). Works fine over onboard USB ports or on powered dock. The sound comes in clear and I come across clear as well over the mic. We have regular MS Teams meetings and there's never been an issue with these.
I WFH and I wanted a cute pair of noise canceling headphones. They shipped and got delivered very quickly! It has a usb port that you can plug into your laptop. It also has buttons to adjust the volume. I’m giving it 4 stars because after awhile I’ve noticed they start hurting the tops of your ears… but all in all the performance and quality is pretty great for the price!
I use this headphone all the time and this is my third pair. There are three features I really like about this model. I create videos so I rely on the excellent noise cancelling. Next the frequency response is excellent. Finally, I appreciate the in-line volume controls that let me quickly adjust to loud playbacks. (If you use YouTube you know how variable it can be).Great quality, value and comfortable to wear and use.
It works as described for calls etc. but a major issue I've noticed for myself and other staff is after only perhaps 15 minutes this headset will produce sore ears from the pressure/force of the headset. There's no way to adjust or make it 'looser'. Might have to apply some heat and bend it into submission.
For these in Particular H360 head sets, this is the cure for the tightness. Stretch them gently. I cut a paper towel empty role approx 8 or 9inches wide enough and stuffed some straps or you can use anything like newspapers to keep it stiff where it doesn't bend. Place the role between the two ear pads every time not in use a good 3-6 months they would be fine. After an overnight stretch it may feel like you stretched them too much and they are too loose but do not be fooled in the beginning they will bounce back. They hang perfectly with the paper roll between them and do not fall out.
I think the sound quality is superb; however, this thing gives me a major headache with the pressure applied to my ears... The adjustment is not suitable for people with larger heads. I'd imagine most people this would not be a problem and you can ignore this comment, but for the people that wear a 2XLhat size this headset is pure torture during calls longer than 5 minutes. I'd personally like to see more consideration for the wide head population. We are greatly underserved!!!
The other review that says they hurt the top of your ears was telling the truth. It doesn’t make my head hurt, but there is no way I can adjust the muffs to make it more comfortable. The sound is good enough, and they’re very cute %26 lightweight. The noise is not cancelled on my end, but I think it is cancelled on the other end. It’s just hard to leave them one for the 4 hours that I’m working.
