My pops got me this mouse before I went to college, I wanted something small and Bluetooth so I can use it during class without the hassle of wires. After about a year now I can't find any complaints, whether it's gaming or work it excels in both - plus the price of it doesn't hurt.My hands aren't gigantic to begin with, but with the way the mouse slopes downward makes it incredibly comfortable and I haven't had any issues, I've noticed that the battery doesn't get drained much either (or even at all) even if I forget to turn off the mouse after use.Great quality, glad my pops went with this one.

I purchased the M325 mouse this afternoon to use TONIGHT (from Office Depot, not close to my home). There was no USB in the package, and too late to consider going back to 'try to get another one that HAD A USB in it, hoping for the best! Their packaging NO LONGER allows you to SEE THAT A USB IS THERE. Attempts to contact phone support, ZERO support. Online support (using the website provided in the package), ZERO too! No way to contact them -- for a M325 mouse purchase complaint, or to have a replacement sent to me. A 'call center line' that never answers and/or 'no option' to select a product. Logitech used to be excellent. In 2022, I will NEVER, ever purchase another item from this company. This is not the first unpleasant experience with them. Nothing will ever be made as good as it was 10 years ago, but happy to say this little gem lasted me until this day, 11 years later. To be honest, I wonder if it's an OS issue. It seems there is a bit of lag going on, tried replacing the batteries, but the same thing happened for a Mac OS and Lenovo with Windows 11. I'll probably hang onto the mouse and play with it a bit more. The mouse looks brand new, ended up getting one with the panda on it back then--it went with my first college laptop. For someone with "medium" sized hands, it was very comfortable, that increased decline or incline to your palm really helps ergonomically. And I 1000% agree, this is much better than using a track pad--even apple's fancy ones. It's so slow in comparison. A very well made mouse at an incredible price. A mouse was on my kiddos school list and this is the one we chose. On sale for $14.99 and it’s a great mouse. Yes it doesn’t have Bluetooth and only has wifi connection via dongle, but it’s simple, small, and easy. For portable mice I would prefer the option of Bluetooth as well. Can’t expect the world for $14.99. Works on every surface tried so far, it is well built, it’s comfortable, batteries will last a long time. Can’t do wrong if portability and durability are important to you.
The mouse has features to extend battery life, which in general is a good thing. However, it seems to go into “standby” mode extremely quickly and takes quite a bit of movement to change back to “active”. It also often doesn’t move the mouse for the first second even in “active” mode, which I find frustrating. This has been my experience across different surfaces and different computers, so it is not a defective unit. It’s fine as an emergency backup plan, but I need something else for routine use.
Does exactly what I wanted it to do. My higher end mouse is sitting next to my wireless keyboard in my home office where I sometimes take my laptop and connect via CAT6 cable, using those 2 devices. Most of the time I'm mobile with my laptop, however, and the AnyWhere Mouse I have got to where the left button click selection was often misbehaving and performing multiple selects on a single click. It did have the ability to turn on/off some friction drag on the mouse wheel on top, and that's what I miss in this mouse. This one is a very light, easy to rotate wheel but with no really discernable friction. My Anywhere Mouse had lots of other input aspects (bells and whistles) that I never really used nor needed. I went to a couple of stores looking for a mouse, Some of them I knew better than to even try. I purchased robe from another store. The instructions asked me to do several things to get connected to my computer. I’m thinking, it a mouse for crying out loud, what is all of this”? Guess what, it didn’t work. Ok, I’ll keep it real, maybe I didn’t know what I was doing but it was a mouse! I shouldn’t have had to do much of anything. So guess what I did next? I went to Office Depot and got a Logitech mouse, got it connected, I love it, and it’s what I should have done in the first place. I’m to old for all of the ridiculousness
I bought this less than a month ago and I'm happy that I did. Battery life is very good, rated for up to 18 months. It's light, single AA battery, USB receiver stores in battery compartment, has the Unifying Receiver but I haven't tested that out with my other mice. Bought it on sale for 2 Lincoln bills. And it has a battery life indicator on top, unlike my M317. I use it when traveling as it's easy to store with my laptop.
I replace this mouse every 3-4 months. I buy these in 3's. For my hand size and the way I use a mouse this is just the perfect mouse, interms of size weight, response of wheel etc etc.The problem is this, at about the 3-4 month point the mouse starts to double left click. Which is extremely annoying. I've tried cleaning it,taking it apart and oiling the switches etc. Nothing works, it's clear the switches are just worn out.The solution is simple, just replace the mouse and everything is great again.If you would just make this mouse, with switches that were about x10 times the strength of the current ones, I would gladly pay $100.00+for this mouse.And for the record I'm currently on the fifth one of these in about 2 years, I have a box of broken, left click ... MoreI replace this mouse every 3-4 months. The newer M325 mouse lacks the smooth operation of an older M325. The lightweight of the mouse and the smoothness of the feet keeps the M325 moving on a desktop effortless. The scroll wheel works not as smooth as the earlier models; and the scroll wheels east and west movement feels like it has too much of a detent, or resistance/tension. The programming works flawlessly in accordance with whatever ser settings are programmed on Logitech's Setpoint software.With all this, I'd still buy it again. It's the best mouse I've tried in the past 10 years. Logitech had the perfect mouse, however, because of substandard manufacturing or components, this latest iteration is fair at best, but don't expect the M325 you may bought years ago.
