My daughter is enjoying her keyboard and mouse in a similar way because she lives in an efficiency apartment and uses her desk space for multi purposes as well. There have been no glitches with use. The only thing to be careful in unpacking the items and finding the tiny USB transmitter that may get lost in the shuffle. I bought 2 keyboard and mouse combinations. One keyboard didn't fit my computer desk keyboard tray. It was too big. And the one at home did fit but it hesitated when I typed. Missed the first letter sometimes. I found I had to type the word twice before it registered on the monitor. So I am taking it back. Maybe both of them and I'll just buy a new mouse for the one at work. Disappointed. Several years ago I bought the keyboard and mouse combination and they were fine.

Great keyboard!

I needed to replace a fancier keyboard and decided to give this a try as I didn't need all the extra features I had. This keyboard is more basic but has everything I need. I don't use the mouse that came with it as I love my Logitech M510 mouse (so many nice keyboards ONLY come with a mouse). The keyboard is light-weight and doesn't take up a lot of space. I especially like that it has a little green light to show caps lock on. My husband likes the way the keys are spaced to accommodate his masculine fingers. As to longevity: so far so good - it's only been a few weeks.

Hoping for a refund
27 November 2022

I have had this set for a few months. They are really comfortable to use which is the reason I have delayed trying to return them. But the frustration has gotten the better of me and it's time to bite the bullet. I have had to move the dongle/receptor to within less than a foot of the keyboard to increase the response rate. Even so, it still drops in and out and is extremely annoying. The mouse often has to be vigorously wiggled to wake it up. When it works, it's lovely. It just doesn't work all the time. As someone who types a lot and also edits photos, I need a product that works every time, all the time.

Not working correctly

Although we have had this keyboard and mouse for a while now we have only just started to use it as I had to set up my little office smile but ctrl and alt working together do not always work so I will be returning it for another one when I can get out to the shops. I am sure it is just a small problem and look forward to working with the new one. The other items like our awesome TV and Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner are wonderful, no complaints at all. We have always received grand service from your good selves and the Peter the gent who came in to set up our TV was more than efficent and took time to get us oldies set up well and answered all our questions in plain English. I will be happy to recommend this keyboard and mouse once I have a new one as I am sure it ... MoreAlthough we have had this keyboard and mouse for a while now we have only just started to use it as I had to set up my little office smile but ctrl and alt working together do not always work so I will be returning it for another one when I can get out to the shops. Pretty good product, great price
26 November 2022

Got it for the Spouse and they didn’t want to spend $60-70 for a wireless keyboard and a mouse set-up. This one has pretty good reviews, so I decided to give this a shot. My first impression was that maybe it was slightly - cheaply built and may not hold up, as if felt a bit lightweight. I must say, that would be an unfair statement as I didn’t get to see their other models. It’s quite possible that all of their build quality is the same. After a while, I noticed the keys are nice and they’re great for pro-long typing. I don’t know the technical term for it but the keys are slightly extruded for a better typing experience…and the mouse is fairly decent quality as well.

Quality of the device was not what I was expecting.

Price and service from Dell was great. Quickly shipped and well packaged. Arrived in perfect condition. While there were no real issues with the item it was not of the quality I was expecting. Felt cheap. The mouse lacked normal features. I could not get the keyboard to attach to my present universal connector so I couldn't continue to use it and simply use the new keyboard. It was my fault for purchasing the item so I simply packed it up and put the box away for some potential future use.

Rubbish

Paid big $’s for this keyboard but had to send it back. Initially it worked well but after a couple of hours it went crazy. I would be typing away and suddenly the cursor just takes off in forward direction as if the space bar is being held down or sometimes in reverse like the backspace button is being held down. You can’t stop it. Even turning the keyboard off did nothing. And then trying to do anything with the computer is impossible. Try holding the space bar down and then try to use your mouse to click on a dialogue box. Impossible. The only way to reset the computer was to do a hard reset with the power button. Tried it a few times by uninstalling and reinstalling software, disconnecting and reconnecting the blue tooth connection. Spent hours trying to make it work but had to give up. Ridiculous. At least JB-Hifi gave me my money back without any dramas and then I bought a much cheaper one with a Bluetooth dongle.

I have needed a new keyboard for a while now. The one I have been using was a 20 year old wireless that was big and chunky and sat too high but was the only option I had because I could not bring myself to throw it back in the closet because I just didn't like it. So when the keys started sticking and had removed and cleaned the keys several times I had convinced myself it was not going to get better and needed to be replaced. This model has a rest for my hands in front and is the only one I found since two keyboards before the last one that came with my last computer. I even didn't care that it was wireless. My last one was "wireless" too. Only there was a long wire that plugged into the computer and a receiver thing that sat behind the monitor or it didn't work. ... MoreI have needed a new keyboard for a while now. This one works with just the usb chip like my wife's mouse has so I was pleased by that. I have had this keyboard and mouse both wireless, both on one usb chip Thingy( I am officially OLD) Been using them problem free, other than adjusting to a new keyboard. My tower is inside my heavy homemade pine desk. The thingy is in the front of the tower. This was enough to stop my old mouse and keyboard but didn't even slow this down. I could not be more pleased with this keyboard.

I like Logitech wireless keyboards and mice because you can pair them to a Logitech USB receiver yourself. These receivers are small and often get lost--or sold off separately--so it's handy to be able to pair the keyboard, for instance, to the receiver for your mouse. And using only one receiver means more USB ports are still available for other purposes. I ended up returning this particular keyboard as it had a damaged space bar that made it unpleasant to use but I did get another one of the same model to replace it. It has a relatively compact size and the keys have a firm yet responsive touch. The power switch is also conveniently located on the top of the device.
