I have the MK270 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse combo for a little over 2 months give or take. Everything works as expected, but I have noticed that the mouse has started to act sluggishly not sure what the issue may be because the battery for the mouse is a 12-month battery and I have not even had it anywhere close to that long. The battery is also A LR6 which I have never seen a battery like that before I mean it is way bigger than your typical AA and extremely hard to find. I found ones bigger than today at the local Meijers, but cannot locate the exact size or type, and if it is a 12-month battery that should not even be the issue. But I did purchase it from Amazon so you knows. I am not sure if I need to find software for it but it worked great before I reset my ... I'll type and there's an unacceptable delay from the keyboard and the mouse will delay then jump around. Or if I want to highlight something specific, the mouse will jump around to everywhere but where I want to click. If I have to have the wireless keyboard literally on top of my laptop keyboard, what's the point? I want the keyboard under the monitor, the dongle in the laptop is not far at all and I can hardly get the keyboard any closer to the dongle without being on top of the keyboard. The mouse should not have to be immediately next to the dongle to work either. I have a nicer logitech mouse and keyboard I use at home, and never have these issues.This ... MoreNot a good product.
