Bought for my niece studying fashion photography at Epsom. The camera still in its immaculate original packaging. An unusual camera in design and four photos functionality. Lovely to experiment with. I am a fan of old fashioned, cheap little cameras that result in very interesting photos. I still shoot using 35mm film sometimes, when I'm in the mood to experiment, and I have never tried a camera like this before. The body itself seems rather cheaply made; the coloured plastics make it look like a child's disposable camera, but despite this I find it very charming! I've just started using it, and had a little trouble inserting the film. The reel wouldn't hook on properly so it took a while to get the film to wind properly. Once the film was finally in the camera, everything appears to work just fine! I don't know how the photos will turn out but I am very excited to see the results! I'll try to update this post after I get my film developed.
I bought this for my daughter. She always plays with my holga cameras so I wanted to start her with her own lomo camera. It's a lot of fun and takes some really cool photos.
Bought as a gift for a friend. She does photography as a hobby. Easy to use. Easy to load. Fun photographic uses. I wish the viewfinder was a little more useable... it is two plastic squares that fold upward. Far from an accurate paralax system.
I do a lot of my “serious” art work with my “Toy Cameras”. I bought this camera to specifically shoot images off a TV/computer screen. I push Ilford film to ASA 6400 and tape a 2 close-up filter to the lenses-It works great!!! I get quite a thrill out of doing “quickie” modifications to all my plastic cameras. I usually have my Advanced students do at least one assignment per semester using plastic cameras. They always seem to particularly enjoy The assignment!
I use it on my free time, it's a great plastic camera, resistant, easy to use. It's great how it can capture the movement and details of it. It takes one film or two to get used to it, but after that, you can't go out without it.
This camera is easy to use and is really fun! I have taken a few rolls with it and the results are good every time and you can be creative and mess around with it for this price.
