This is a nice looking bag and the fabric is a bit thicker than that on the original Le Pliage bags so it feels a bit more substantial.I would have preferred it to have the same dimensions as the original bags, this one being a couple of centimetres shorter, but that's not an issue.As a previous reviewer stated, the strap is not removable although the JL description says it is. The problem for me is the length of the strap - it's far too short at just over 105cm long and some this is lost when threaded through the buckle.It was just about OK for me to use as a shoulder bag, but far too short to comfortably use as a cross body bag - which is the main reason I bought it.

I love longchamp, their bags have clean lines and always look polished with any outfit. Best of all the canvas is durable and can be made waterproof which is necessary for a girl in the city or a momOn the go. This bag is comfortable and not too big. I hate tiny purses where you need to squeeze everything in. My wallet, phone, keys and a few other small items for perfectly!

I saw the waterproof zippers and large zipper pulls and fell in love with this tote. I have worn it out many times and it not only coordinates so easily with my wardrobe. It is heavy duty, easy to spot clean and at the same time very lightweight. A beautiful utilitarian bag!!
This is a 12x11. It looks smaller in the video but this is like a large le pliage, maybe a little smaller. Feels too big and too unstructured to be a crossbody. It just is kind of saggy and big. Bummer because it’s beautiful and I LOVE the Longchamp log detail across top. I wouldn’t get this bag unless you also plan to get an organizer to help it keep shape.
I have several Longchamp bags and thought I would try the new energy line as the Neo is discontinued. I was very pleased with the colour Burgundy looks lovely with the black trims and silver hardware . The body strap I wish it was detachable as this is NOT, as it states it is on the website. There are 2 inside pockets and the biggest is at the back which is a nice size, I can fit my Apple pro max no problem in there. The material feels abit thicker like the Neo was. The zip is different as it has a covering over the zip with Longchamp branding on. I am overall pleased and excellent service from John Lewis.
Purchased this bag for a trip to Israel. Initially felt that the strap was a bit short - I'm 5'8" and the bag fell to mid-hip. I prefer a little longer strap but once I started using it on my trip, any thoughts of length fell out the window! I was able to fit my wallet, iPhone 13 Pro, water bottle, and small travel book as well as small gifts I picked up along my travels. Highly recommend!
I love this bag because it’s super light as most Longchamp nylon bags are and has room for everything without appearing too bulky. Looks so chic. I see the other review about the strap not being long enough or adjustable, but it is definitely adjustable and long enough. I wear it as a cross body and the strap offers plenty of space to do that.
This bag is a lovely size, one of those bags that look small but you can fit alot in them. I just wish the strap was detachable. The material seems hard wearing. I love the zip branding cover.
The cross body strap is not adjustable and a little too short. Since the handles are fixed in the upright position they hit too high up on my side and are in the way. I wish the online description had the drop length noted before I purchased it. Otherwise it’s a nice bag.
