Can't really go wrong with a Le Pliage - the classic hold all bag. Really sturdy handles and luxurious feel leather. Interestingly, the first staff member's demeanor changed dramatically in her presence. Suddenly, she became warm and friendly, which made us question if the second employee was a manager or if there had been previous complaints about the first woman's behavior.The second employee's kindness and professionalism ultimately salvaged our experience and led us to purchase the bag. Without her intervention, we likely would have left empty-handed and disappointed.While we love our new Le Pliage, I felt compelled to share this experience as a cautionary tale for other people of color who might shop here. Especially because I had my cute little mom with me, and if you're mean to my mom I'll hate you forever. Great bag though.

This was my second Longchamp tote bag. Both had tiny holes on the bottoms of the bag where stitches end after I used it only 1-2 months. Nordstrom replaced the first one but the replacement one started having tiny holes at the end of bottom stitches in 6 months too. I also purchased one as a Xmas gift for a good friend. She said she had the same issue too. When I contacted Longchamp via email they said it was due to wear and tear and they did not warranty this. A good brand and expensive bag should not be worn like this in such a short period of time. I have similar style LaCoste brand tote bag. After 3 years it still looks like brand name without any sign of wear and tear. LaCoste totes are 100 times better than LongChamp totes. I will never purchase LongChamp brand

Purchased for granddaughter who works in NYC. I While dark leather works for fall and winter she needs something more lightweight to carry and light colored for hot steamy days. It is urban chic, has a nice gusseted bottom so it sits on table without falling over. It has a fabric blend with leather handles that fits comfortably over her shoulder (5’8”, small size 2 frame). It says it’s waterproof inside. She hasn’t had the need to wipe off dirt yet, so we’ll see how easy it is to clean. What she also likes is it folds up to nothing (for storage in a tiny closet in off season) as well as its’ color. The color is more to the cream/ vanilla but still will look very summery, unlike a bright white, which can look dirty easily and ruin a summer look . It will hold her ... I am a longtime owner and fan of Longchamp bags. These bags are lightweight, fold into a little square for travel and are perfect for shopping. When I saw peacock color I had to have it. I travel for a living to Europe and Asia. Europe does not provide bags at grocery stores stores so I bring my Longchamp. Fits everything nicely and the material of nylon can be cleaned with a damp cloth. I have also washed mine on gentle cycle in the washer and they come out perfect. A classic bag that never goes out of style. Love the large size. This is not meant to be a “structured bag”. Longchamp is definitely designed for travel. Inside has a slip pocket. These bags last forever!

I have been admiring my friends bag for ages. Decided to treat myself, absolutely love it. Have nothing bad to say. I went for the navy. It has been in constant use, it fits everything I need and the zip means everything is secure. I wish I purchased one a while a go. My 16 year old daughter now wants one. I would 100% recommend it, and if like me you have been contemplating it for a while, but the price tag put you off, go for it.

Here is the steel color in office lighting. I have 3 of these bags now.They are beautifully simple. All of mine are made in Romania and I see nothing wrong with the quality vs. made in France.They are great for traveling and being low key. Took one into Chanel and Hermès one day and felt totally safe leaving with purchases tucked safely inside and out of view.They are durable. I like taking these to the farmer's market and store. They are easy to wipe clean.I don't like to pack anything with sharp edges in this bag (just a quirk of mine). For that I prefer the Le Pliage City Tote in canvas. That is my weightlifting workhorse lol.Hope that helps. Keep up the great work, Longchamp.

Longchamp Le Pliage bags are great for taking away on holiday. The clever foldable design makes them so useful for travelling.The classic design of the bag is smart and the discreet Longchamp logo is stylish.This bag is available in different sizes so you do have to take care when purchasing which size bag you require. I intended to purchase the medium size bag but realised when I got the bag home I had been sold the large size.Would definitely recommend this bag as it is so useful and comes in a good range of colours.
