This is not what I was expecting at all as a hairdresser I always use the loreal professional range and love it. But this is so heavy on my hair it leaves a coating like it hasn’t been rinsed off properly. Very disappointed.

This is a perfect product for my hair. When I got keratin smoothening treatment this was my perfect choice. I have repeatedly bought this as this professional range is really worth trying. It leaves my hair smooth and shine. I would definitely recommend this even if you haven’t done keratin smoothening. Also get a hair masque which comes with it. Actually the mask is much better as it provides the required smoothness. Even you don’t use shampoo I recommend getting a hair masque from this range.

I am really not impressed with this shampoo and conditioner. I don’t know what to say but I didn’t see much difference as it has been highly reviewed by people. TBH my hairs feel sticky if I let them natural dry. If I blow dry my hair they seems alright. May be its just me or other people feel the same. You tend to use more than necessary quantity because it doesn’t lather much. It has shine white colour and runny consistency. It is pricey compare to quantity you get. I gave it two stars because It smells amazing like saloon finish and it is long lasting.

I got both shampoo and conditioner. Both of this products are overpriced and not worth it. Shampoo doesn’t make my hair clean. An hour after I washed my hair my scalp already oily. Extremely useless product. It does make your hair soft, but what the point of soft hair if it’s dirty? I spent 50$ for shampoo and conditioner. Also it has sulfates in it. Extremely disappointed.

A Product That Actually Works

So many shampoos are great at marketing what their claim is but I rarely find any of that true. I am a male with short hair and my mom uses this. I used it one day and even with my hair air drying - there was no frizz.It doesn't give the lather you tend to expect from most shampoos but that is a good thing and that is what actually makes it work. Lather is not a sign of clean - we think it is but it's a matter of soap content in the shampoo. The more soap = more lather = more sulfate = frizz.I'm fine with using this every other shampoo because I too need that psychological fix of a high lather shampoo.Oh and the scent -- it smells like what you would expect uber rich people's hair to smell like. useless shampoo

I wasted my money begging my mom to buy this product I tried it I had oiled my hair and I literally had to wash my hair 4-5 times in the shower because the shampoo did nothing to remove it. After the shower my hair looked like it was still oiled so I had to wash it again with this joke of a shampoo. Can’t even throw this away I need a refund. It’s the worst L’Oréal shampoo I’ve ever used.
