I had great trouble in breaking open the packaging of this product. Once I finally managed to remove the outer covering to reveal the nossle however it was a nice surprise to find the applicator made it easy to get the product right to the roots and everywhere I wanted it. It smells nice and rinsed easily. I'm not sure what it's done to my hair but my hair has more body and shine since I've been using this

I used this after shampooing with the pro longer shampoo. Firstly it was really difficult to open the bottle. You have to snap the spout but it was really tough. I think if you had poor dexterity you wouldn't be able to do it. The consistency was like water/thin oil and had a lovely smell - the same as the shampoo. You have to leave it on for 5 mins then rinse off. I was concerned whether my hair would feel conditioned or not. It was ok, maybe not as smooth as usual. My hair dried well and had lots of volume but was left with static which is a shame. I think maybe its not a necessary product for home use.

This is a great line for hair that is mildly damaged. It makes hair look soft and shiny, and keeps it looking good so you can pospone that haircut for a while. If you are trying to get a fuller head of hair or make the strands grow faster, this is not going to work. This will only keep your hair looking healthy. Overall, would recommend.
I use this once a week instead of my normal conditioner. The results are impressive. Strong, shiny hair instead of my usual dry, frizzy hair. I’ve only given 4 stars as the ampule is difficult to open - no instructions on how to open so I end up having to use a sharp knife to saw off the top! One ampule last me 2 treatments,
Instructions were slightly confusing as when I tested this product, the instructions I received were to use it after shampooing my hair, whereas your website advises that salons use it as a treatment before shampooing! I decided to use it after shampooing! it was easy to apply, and I concentrated on using it on the ends of my hair, but found I didn’t need to use the whole dosage, as a little went a long way. My hair was very soft afterwards, and very easy to comb through, and I could definitely see an improvement after styling my hair. It was less frizzy!
I have had difficulty keeping my shoulder length hair manageable. Lots of split ends near the crown. Hoping this product with help those problem areas avoid breakage. I love the smell. I love the smooth comb out I get after washing my hair and application of the cream. No tugs and snarls. My hair feels great smooth as silk after drying. My hair holds its style longer than before. Less use of heat tools.
I couldn't work out how to get into the capsule so had to cut a hole in the main body to use. However the product itself is really nice, very runny and not sticky at all, but made my hair feel lovely even without using an additional conditioner. Expected it to be greasy or oily in the tube but it wasn't and didn't have any smell. Really surprised how well it worked on my hair as I usually always have to use a conditioner or it feels rough or dry. Certainly didnt when I used this product. .
This product made a visible difference to the lengths and ends of my hair, improving the strength and giving a clean finish. The results were good but unfortunately the application process is not easy at all. Trying to take the lid off the tube was the first issue - I ended up splitting the end of a fingernail! The water-like consistency made it very difficult to achieve even coverage and to avoid losing some product before/during application. I would use the product again, but only if the packaging was changed to facilitate easier application.
Having used this single dose treatment after shampooing I found that it did help both strengthen and add volume to the thinning ends of my hair. The applicator was a bit flimsy and not so easy to use but didn’t reflect on the final result. After shampooing it was applied to the ends of hair and left on for 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. When the hair was dried it felt smoother and plumper with much more texture
