Lotus Biscoff, 250 G

I love these biscuits! While I am new to the UK, I think that these are one of the nicest tasting ones you can get. If you smash them up they are amazing as a cheesecake crust! I really get a sense of deja-vu when eating them and realized that they taste like a giant teddy graham for an american view. I usually just eat them plain but i have seen people decorate cakes with them and incorporate them into other cute desserts.

I actually fell in love with this tea biscuit during my flight to the UK and its surprising popular there. Love how its the taste of cookie butter spread... because it is! It snaps and crunches it's the perfect light snack to also dip in your milk and coffee. Figured out that it taste like the American speculous. Since it's an import cookie from Europe, it's a little difficult to track down in the supermarket isle because they aren't always in stock. So whenever I see them...I stock up!! Tea time best friend ❤️

Addicting little biscuits!

Burnt-sugar mixed with heated butter or cream is always a win with our house! Theyre great with any coffee or tea break, or bedtime, with milk or hot cocoa. I can get a smaller package only, and only at one store nearby. This way, Ive got coverage between rare visits. My husband recalls this, or a predecessor, in the early 70s, having had only one or two, and if his blood glucose is only running a bit low, one or two gets it back up. I have addicted my adult sonI gave him one of the four sleeves. I may have to buy more before Yule!

Hairdresser Biscuits

Yes, these are the same little bickies that ladies' hairdressers always seem to add when they give you a cup of coffee. I think they are lovely - they have a very cinnamony taste that is strong for their size. These come in 16 sealed packs of two (as per hairdresser's serving), so 32 biscuits per purchase.

Lotus Biscuits

This biscuit is without compare - excellent with a cup of tea or mug of coffee. Lotus have perfected the unique taste and crunchy texture. I used to live a few miles from the factory in Belgium and when I drove past on the motorway the warm friendly smell of the biscuits being baked would waft through the car. Lovely!

Mainly just sugar and air

I usually bake my own biscuits which are easy to do, so I'm used to a treat that's quite filling, with a full taste, like almonds, cashew butter and maple syrup. This has a somewhat nice caramel flavour and great cruch, but the main taste is just like eating a big spoon of sugar. And it's light so you want to eat lots without ever feeling satisfied. Maybe I'm spoiled with home baking where the biscuit is healthy, sweet and filling, but this doesn't impress me. And there's no such thing as sustainable palm oil, companies that use it lose my trust.

Mystery solved! A remarkably tasty biscuit!

I had been served these with tea at several different hairdressers over the years, and always wondered about them as the caramel taste and crisp but melting texture is so unique and delicious with a cuppa. Finally discovered it's THESE, and now they are a regular purchase. A lot of flavour for a little cookie.

Ridiculous substitute

Ordered a Belgian chocolate selection box as a gift for a neighbour and this was what was substituted. Utterly ridiculous! Not fit for purpose in any way, shape or form.

Absolutely love these cinnamon cookies by Lotus Biscoff. Eating these cookies brings me back to when the airline offered this snack. This package contains 20 packs with 2 cookies per individually wrapped pack. These are a crisp cookie and they are a bit larger and a little thicker (than the regular sleeve-packaged cookies) which means they travel better in a purse pocket, brief case, or lunch box. The wrapper is easy to open. and great for on the go adults and children.

crushed cookies out in the rain?

the package was thrown on the sidewalk in the rain, within inches of a covered porch. The cookies were broken and the box was crushed. We have a side porch which is covered. The package was not left at the front door.
