Lotus Oats Rolled Unstabilised Organic 750g

Lotus Rolled Oats are dried organically using the Australian sun. Our unstabilised oats have not been steamed and are, therefore, a truly raw food. Oats are a good source of nutrients and minerals including Vitamin E, zinc, selenium, copper, iron, manganese and magnesium. Oats are also a great source of protein, beta gluten and both soluble and insoluble dietary fibre. Lotus oats contain no preservatives or additives. Beta glucan helps prevent high serum cholesterol and cardiovascular disease. A daily serving of wholemeal oats rich in soluble fibre can reduce hypertension high blood pressure. Although NOT gluten free, some people with a wheat sensitivity or Coeliac disease can eat oats.
