I bought a pair of Lowa Renegade GTX Mid boots when I was in Alaska. I wore them for 4 years nearly every single day, all year, rain or shine for hunting, fishing, ATV riding. The soles are basically unworn. The leather is in slightly worn shape. I decided to spend half a car payment on these new Lowa TF Z-8S GTX C boots because the last pair I bought are still amazing. I just got them today and couldn’t get my Nike combat boots off fast enough. Let me tell you, these boost fit like no other. An awesome boot

These boots had come highly recommended to me by some individuals whom I greatly respect. One of the best I have made in regards to boots. They keep my feet dry while walking in shallow streams and work well over any terrain I have thrown at them so far while keeping my feet comfortable.

Fantastic

Customer service was great. I ordered them with 2 day shipping, summit hut called and let me know that they may not be there in two days and let me know the situation almost immediately. The boots did show up on time after all. And out of the box they are the most comfortable and super light boots I've ever worn for military purpose. We will see how they hold to wear and tear on flat range and field environments yet. But I'm very happy with my purchase.

Lowe Boots are now my boots!

Best boot purchase to-date. There was some shipping confusion with Labor day that I didn't consider. Outside of that Lowe knows exactly how a proper hiking boots should be made. My braking in process cause no issues, which braking in most boots can be problematic. I have worn these boots every day for 3 weeks so far at minimum of 8 hours feels great. Only caution would be for someone to beware that you get all the traction you looking for in these boots they do not slide so going from a soft daily shoe to this boot comes with increased almost 100% traction. The material on the inside has reduce friction against my toes, heals, and ankles which was a plus for me. Hands down the best boots ever purchases to trail in! Solid boots

I've put a couple miles on these boots and am looking forward to more.I followed the go hunt boot sizing instructions and who would have thought! I got a pair that fit first try.No complaints.

Too big :(

An artillery colleague had recommended these. Lowa is a good quality brand, and I was pleased to see these boots hold up to the high quality standards they are known for. Well built, supportive, comfortable, look good (really like the colour) but way too long! I am a 7.5 in almost all my running and fitness footwear; super disappointed to find myself floating in these. Had to return as there were no smaller sizes in stock for exchange :(

Very comfortable boots out of

Very comfortable boots out of the box. Seems well made and sturdy. Went on a 4 mile hike qith 1300+ ft elevation gain, no blisters or discomfort. Perfect boots for going hard-core hiking. Leave the trails behind with these boots and explore

Z-8S GTX®

I’ve been looking for waterproof and lightweight boots, particularly for dew laden early mornings in spring / autumn. As it transpired these boots have been out all winter as well and really have withstood everything I’ve thrown at them in both terrain and weather. From snow to rain and woodland to Hill they’ve been seriously impressive and don’t feel like two lead weights on your feet. Excellent grip, waterproof and breathable I’ve been properly impressed and at a really good price as well. A lot of boot for that money. Would happily recommend to anyone

Z-8S GTX®

I did love this boot at the start, nice light weight comfy good for TABING. But within a few months the gortex has failed and the boot is useless in the Welsh British weather. Ive tried treating the boot with various waterproofing products but nothing holds out and you end up with soaking wet feet. Ive also hot friends who have experienced the same after a month or so of usage. On a nice dry day I cant fault the boot just a shame.

Z-8S GTX®

Comfortable boots with a great in keeping brown as per UK army issue. Sole tread extremely robust and durable though not enough ankle support for going across trail.Also laces are annoying to do up as they don’t lock off and so you must pull tight and hold each tier of lace loops till eventually you reach the top to then tie off.Over all an ok pair of boots, wouldn’t recommend them as the ankle support is a massive problem and will most likely lead to these boots being banned from being used on any UK army course and so that will put many people off buying them. Fix that ankle support though and I think you’re on to a decent boot.
