I have a hook 2 with the 7-in screen and everything I bought that is listed for that machine is wrong nothing fits even the screen cover is a eighth of an inch too large the plugs on the transducer and power plug are for the smallest unit Lowrance makes the 5-in screen 7-in screen 12-in screen has a different connector it is a lowrance problem not your store

Transducer was wrong one and I returned

First the trolling motor I ordered was not what was listed on the website. Second it took several phone calls and several different personnel to figure out the trolling motor was the wrong one and the one I ordered was not available. Ended up keeping the trolling motor and adding a external mount transducer. Pictures and information on website needs to match model and manufacture information. Still not sure certain fees were removed, refunded, or corrected. Hope y’all get this stuff straight and hire some knowledgeable folks to assist. Every one was very kind but few had any knowledge of product.First time I can remember being disappointed in BPS.

Works sometimes

I bought this product to use on my kayak with the lowrance hook2 I already own. The Sounder is usually used on my tinny and works great. The transducer does work, but gets A LOT more static on the screen then when I use it in the tinny in the same areas I fish and also has issues in finding bottom and jumping

You must push plug in past the 3rd ring. Depth and temperature will not show. Shouldn't be that hard. 300 lbs. man and takes a lot of pressure to get plug in all the way. Designed to break.
