Used Royal Purple, tried all synthetics and this Lucas Hot Rod Classic lubricates better, lasts longer and doesn't go out the exhaust pipe like all the others. All Lucas products are superior!

One of the best oils for flat tappet camshaft. I take care of my engine are very satified with Lucas oil.
I have two 1969 Fords 9F02R & 69 Ranchero GT 351W and live in the SW desert. Most of today's lubes are too thin and lack flat tappet zinc. Used this in my 76 Bronco and it worked well so...
Lucas oil is great for older carsProblem with purchase is that was misrepresented, only one not three jugs. Supplier sad it was a mistake, bad misleading. The supplier did refund two thirds of purchase price.Not really a good deal
Love this oil for my 440 magnum Dodge R/T. Runs great and protects my engine.
My worn out engine ran it best with a heavy weight oil. I decided to try this formulation as I have been adding Lucas Oil Zinc additives anyway. This oil is far superior to what I have been using. Instantly the car ran better with it, maintaining oil pressure even when hot. My only suggestion is to use a large, wide funnel with it. It is so think, it takes a moment for it to flow down into the engine. A small funnel fills up quickly.
I have a 32 ford with a 1963 Buick engine and the Lucas 20/50 hot rod oil with zink helps my engine greatly.
