I have tried SO many tans over the last decade. I have fair skin with freckles and hadn’t found a product I thought was perfect. I rarely review a product but fair skin women should know about this tan. It’s just the most amazing olive colour. ZERO orange. Using with the tan mitt it goes on evenly, and unlike other tans, if you haven’t applied it perfectly it isn’t noticeable when you wash it off. It’s very hard to make it look bad. I can’t rave about the colour enough. No bad smell. I dust baby powder over the top to stop it rubbing on clothes/bedding, and wash it off in the morning and it’s perfect. I’m a very fair skinned person. I love the sun kissed look but conscience of harmful UV rays and sun damage to my skin. Thanks to a local influencer, I was introduced to Luna Bronze. Their medium tanning mousse provides me with a very natural looking tan. No orange tint. Smells great and lasts radiant week. I feel more confident with my Luna tan! I use it year round now. Highly recommend!

The colour it provides on my naturally fair skin (which tans easily to a golden brown in summer with little sunburn) is a really nice mid to deep brown and if the review was just based on colour I'd give it a 5. I really can't fault it. Not orangy at all. However you have to be quick with it because the colour sets in quickly and it's easy to get uneven streaks on the skin. I think that the larger size of the mitt (one size fits all) didn't help the control of the application either so may have something to do with that. I left it on for the obligatory 6 hours before showering and the smell got a little strong although not unpleasant. The smell was still there after but not as strong. I've been using this tan for about 2 years now and I'm so happy I found it! I have sensitive/dry/fair skin, and other tans dry out my skin and come up noticeably orange or green. I have NEVER had that problem with this tan - the shade is gorgeous, it's really buildable, moisturising, and doesn't smell as fake-tan-y as other brands. Plus no nasties! 10/10 for me, would highly recommend. Just exfoliate beforehand, and the tan usually lasts me 3 days at its strongest and wears off over 5+ days.
I am most impressed with the smell or lack thereof. It also has a good bronze color payoff. I only wished it lasted a bit longer. I find I need to reapply it more than once a week to keep it dark enough. It would probably last longer on someone who doesn’t workout or shower as often as I do. I still feel it deserves 5 stars for no lingering smell & initial color payoff. I would recommend it to others in a heartbeat.
I went in store to purchase my usual tan (the Elle effect mousse) but it was out of stock. I decided to buy this one but unfortunately it was a disappointing tan because I really wanted to love it. I’ve tanned for years with many different tanning products and I’ve never had an issue with tanning but this one just did not like my skin. I’m light to med and the colour turned out very green/grey on my skin tone and was very streaky once it developed. The colour went on really nice when I applied it but I don’t know what happened once it developed it was extremely uneven. I love this tanning mousse, it’s so easy to apply, looks super natural and streak free, and has a nice, subtle smell tooI was always scared to try anything more than the gradual tanning moisturiser because I naturally have such pale skin which doesn’t naturally tan at all but this has given me the confidence to tan without it looking orange and fake, and I leave out the full 8 hours too and don’t feel like it’s too muchPeople have actually thought I’ve just been out in the sun! 🥰Here’s a before and after ☀️

This stuff is amazing. I can say you will instantly look dark, the green base gives my reddish skin a beautiful golden tone. Don’t shave right before or you will get dark dots in your hair follicles. But the next day should be fine. Be sure to continue to moisturize or it can fade relatively fast but that has everything to do with your skin type. Not the product. I have used a lot of different brands and this is the best and only one I use. You should use a mattress Protector. I ruined my $5000 mattress because it has a material that is moisture wickening material which pulls the color from your skin. But this is the best. I wear it all night and shower in the morning. Total darkness.
