Lundberg Organic Long Grain White Rice 32 oz.

When I saw the price of this rice I’m not gonna lie, my first thought was **** no I’m not paying that for rice. But my mind was changed when I tried it. I’ve never had white rice that tasted this good. I’ve tried other brands of organic white rice that are half the price and they taste nothing like this. I haven’t had any rice that compares to this and I will never buy another brand again. Absolutely worth the price and I love knowing they have lower arsenic levels than other brands.

I trust the Lundberg rice products. Evidently all rice products, whether organic or not, have decent levels of arsenic. Lundberg does testing and posts the results on their site, which is much appreciated and saves me time/hassles of contacting companies and asking them to send me their testing results. This rice is organic and has a great taste and texture that is sure to please. It is also a good source of fiber and is gluten-free, making it a great choice for anyone with dietary restrictions.My first attempt produced a little sticky result, but I had cooked the rice in a full pot of water. I followed the instructions for the next batch using the 1 cup of rice to 1.5 cups water and it was much better, producing separate fluffy grains. Lundberg is a good company and from what I understand American rice is far supiriorthan buying it from china even if it is organic, something to do with the soil itself.I like Lundberg,Organic White Long Grain Rice since it is Organic, has a nice textureand a clean taste.I use an instant Pot to cook it for about 5 minutes on high heat and pressureand when the timer is up I release the pressure.they have instructions on their site but for me this works wellDownside is after you keep the rice in the fridge.The rice gets kind hard, probably since the carbs can become resistant starch.The package is well mad e and the resealable package is a great feature I wish tosee on other brands.
