I used this product everyone I wanted curly hair. It works really well I’ve only ever had one problem with this product, they accidentally packaged the product wrong. If your worried about your hair falling out as long as you follow the directions you have nothing to worry about. It says “do not use on colored/bleached hair, I didn’t listen and all the colored hair fell out after 3-4 months so I wasn’t bald or anything. Hair damage is nothing to worry about if you listen to the warnings.

Ive used this twice now. my hair was all natural in a 4b/4c texture. I leave it in for about 20 minutes ( my hair is very thick ) it makes your hair SUPER manageable. All you need to do is make sure that you dont leave it on for too long because you will get straight hair, better too use a perm if you want that. The curls are usually activated on its own. however to keep it moisturized spray it will water everyday and put in a curl pudding and the Scurl gel, make sure to have your scalp moisturized with oil or grease every few days. an application lasted me about 2 to 3 months before i noticed i had to use it again. It cost about $5.99 Canadian so its a great price. also it makes your hair look so natural unlike a regular perm. How do I rate a product if it did not work for those intended, but I am aware that it worked for other family members in the past? On June 9, 2023, I repurchased Luster's Pink Scurl Extra Strength Texturizer for the 2023 year. This time it was for my Domestic Partner. Although I used both applications for both attempts in each hair processing setting, the product left both individuals' hair hard and unprocessed. Hear me out! During the process, the hair looked like it was transforming until it was washed out and dried. Then, the disappointment kicked in. Because negatives drain me, I always turn these situations into positive ones. This product does not work for these individuals' hair. This product worked great for my hair. I have a 4c and with low porosity. I cut it more and this is the final look.
I have no problem with the quality of the product! However, I live in Phoenix, AZ and the packaging didn't work for this heat...The product exploded like it had been on a high altitude flight. There simply wasn't much left in the container!
I have low porosity, fine, 4c hair. This texturizer not only loosened my curls (to around 4b, 4a) but it also softened my hair and makes my wash and go’s so much more easier! Timing is key!! Follow the instructions to a T and if it starts to itch (EVEN THE SLIGHTEST) wash it off! Work in sections and move quickly. 10/10
When I order, I wanted 4 bottles of Moisturizing Finishing Lotion. When all of these other things pop up on the screen, I try to change my order with no avail. The lotion was all I wanted, now I'm stuck with product I don'T want.
Horrible. I have natural hair it is curly and it shrinks wanted to use this and it was ok at first but when I woke up it dried out just like my hair was before. I don’t recommend buying this brand it’s doesn’t do what it says. My pink moisturizer was opened too. I wouldn’t order anymore. This was delivered box closed but moisturizer was empty just one pack and it did nothing for my natural hair.
I Would have gave 5 Stars but Mislead me..I love this product on my sons hair, however I normally purchase two kits because he has a lot of thick medium length hair.It's cost is $3.99 per box so I believed I purchased a deal when this box said it contained 2 Applications for $6.39.I open the box to find one application which means I purchased one box for the price of two and I am upset about this misleading title because you only receive 1 application and now I have to go out and purchase another box because I plan on doing his hair tonight on my day off work
This is tge usual brand that my husband uses, however it was less in the jar.The results were nice and long lasting.We have to stay looking good even off-gridThank you.
