They deliver my bunker bed a day earlier after we told them no one will be home till Wednesday and left it on the front of the garage for 24 hrs no warning at all, when I ask to pay for the guys I pay for to deliver it upstairs clearly the answer was sorry but we don't care more or less.Never use them again

I had a few issues putting it together as it did not come with the instruction manual and ultimately the staircase railings were missing two holes to fit screws in them so I found two other screws to hold the staircase railing to the draws... like the other comment I too had to use an additional bracket (not provided) to hold the stairs to the bunk bed.Good reasonable bunk bed for the price overall once its assembled... the kids have not used it yet but it looks great.

Grandkids love it
So happy with this purchase! Well made, solid pine as described, excellent design (the kids love having stairs and not dangling legs in the bottom bunks face!). Really good value, and super quick postage. Highly recommend.
Costumer service only exists when you are putting up bad review and after offering you money to take review down
Design idea is functional and looks great. Unfortunately slats are poor quality. Ours arrived with some damage. Our six year old has a thin mattress on top bunk and when he sleeps the slats sag! I'd post photos if I could.
The bunk and staircase look great and are very solid so very happy with it. The drawers however kept coming apart and I had to use brackets to keep them together.
