Haven't been very happy with this mattress. Was looking for a medium firm mattress that stayed medium firm. The first month was great, but then we just have permanent sag and is more soft than anything... subsequently I have had back issues since we purchased this bed. Disappointed.

We found this mattress to be quite soft and not the medium firm it was stated as. The edges are also quite soft so when you sit on the edge of the bed it sinks down quite a bit so I wouldn't recommend this for children as they may roll off. We got the king size so the motion transfer seems good as I don't feel it when my partner moves although if we're near each other I do tend to roll towards him as the bed sinks a bit due to the softness. It's probably good just as a guest bed especially if you don't want to spend as much.

Amazing quality mattress!

I bought this mattress from Myer online not knowing how good it will be. The attraction point for me was that it had pillow top, some sort of orthopedic comfort, 50% discounted and free delivery included. Since receiving it, I have had the best sleep and would definitely recommend it to anyone. It’s as good as the Sealy mattress I had in the past.

I got this in the Black Friday sales at a very good price and free delivery. It came within three days and was delivered rolled up and in a box. My daughter loves it and I have laid on it and it is comfortable. She likes a soft mattress so perfect for her.

Mattress that is a bit of a disappointment,

The sides are extremely soft, such that you will roll off the bed if you get too close the the collapsing bed. Also, it has a shaky quality like a very old spring mattress. And there are no returns for this sort of thing which is pretty disappointing. Even thought it is an expensive mattress, I’m left disappointed.

Not soft at all - not recommend for side sleepers

I’ve had this mattress for 6 months now and have just bought another. This is definitely not a soft to medium mattress and not a good choice for side sleepers. I often wake up with a sore hip. I haven’t noted structural issues others have mentioned but my bed is too high for me to sit on so that hasn’t been a problem for me. So disappointing that it’s advertised as soft medium when it’s not with no return policy on a product that is not as advertised. From now on I’ll only buy mattresses with a numbered rating.

Suggest to avoid this overpriced rubbish

A poor and cheap mattress pretending to be upmarket and expensive. The other reviews are true that the sides collapse when you get near the edge and you roll off. The pillow top is ineffective uncomfortable and provides no support - both my partner and I ache and we are very disappointed in the product. It’s not worth the discounted price let alone if you paid full price you would be gutted. I may still pursue a claim under consumer law - it’s not fit for purpose. Wish I had paid heed to the negative reviews and been wary of the chirpy positive ones as in my opinion they may be suspect.

Surprisingly comfortable! Definitely worth it!

They were quite mixed with half of the posts loving it and the other half really regretting their decision and those that were regretting were REALLY regretting, like the "my wife kicked me out" kind of regret. The "I've been moved to the couch - indefinitely" kind of regret. Buuuut for $400, I was willing to take a gamble because there wasn't anywhere else that offered a double of this quality under $1000. Those were the options.Anyway, went ahead and ordered... super fast delivery, turnaround time from placing the order to receiving was about 7 business days.Mattress arrived in the box, upon opening I thought I was going to be flung into another dimension but was sadly disappointed, it curled open like a gnarled fist. Promised the kids a youtube style box opening, a bit of an in-home UFC with the mattress but no, it was an abysmal effort on the mattress' part. Kind of a "Where am I? Why was I sold into this dump"... I actually felt sorry for it.Initial thoughts were "what have I done" "the floor is softer than this" "concrete pavers are looking more promising." I gave it a day to fully inflate and settle. Pretty sure I read this online... wasn't suggested on the box. Maybe I dreamed that up. Who knows, I don't even know where I am most days.Where was I? Mattress, yes. Ok so how was it? Did I need to book a chiro a day later? No reader, no I did not. The mattress did me a solid; after 24 hours it obviously took a liking to it's new habitat, relaxed, puffed out and voila, became the cloud that I had envisioned. Absolute dream. Well, this is what my kids tell me (and they recently ate the christmas chocolate hidden in the depths of the cupboard since 2017, so you know, low expectations that aren't hard to meet) so I tested it for myself and this is one of only a few truths I've heard in the lead up to Christmas. Definitely no porkies, this mattress is the real deal. Super soft, didn't need one of those mattress toppers you see advertised online.So if you are thinking about buying this mattress, definitely worth it.5 stars from me.Just don't spill anything on it like in the ads.
