The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because of the size 30g isn't quite enough for a full application for my height and weight. Other than that I I'm more than happy with it's performance.

This is exactly what I needed. Its the same as the product I got in the U.S. with a prescription. In the end the cost was close to the same because of shipping but when you cant get the doctors to prescribe, or you dont have the money for the doctor, this is the perfect solution to the problem.

The product is excellent. Yes, it is real Permethrin 5% w/w, and destroys scabies infestations completely. The tube is a bit small, only 30grams. I think the generally prescribed size is 60g...but no worries the medicine works! The product was delivered via USPS in a timely manner. Thank you!
